Old guys golf vacation

6 seniors visiting from NJ for some golf in warm weather. Property location good for plenty of golf courses nearby.

Great location, great community, and fun club house.

End corner location provided additional privacy. Rooms were spacious... no furniture in common area upstairs, looks like if it was moved to garage for carpet cleaning and never put back. Outside Light at entry doorway didn't work. Master bed frame broken. Had to jiggle the nob on dryer machine to start. Didn't contact property manager about it though. Busy week and didn't have time to deal with it. We didn't pay for pool heat, but it wasn't needed pool was nice and warm. Check-in/out process was easy. Safe community. I would stay here again.

Good family stay

We had plenty of room for 8 adults and a baby. It would have been nice to have cleaning supplies (windex) as we could have cleaned the dining table. Pool was very small. The complex pool was very cold.

Great place to stay and super close to the Disney parks! Spacious home and plenty of room for 2 families! Definitely would recommend to friends and family!

Oct 2022 Stay in Orlando

We found the property to be well situated with respect to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. While the property is ~15 - 20 minutes from both Universal and Disney Theme Parks the traffic each morning and afternoon put the commute closer to 45 minutes. The listing was as advertised and easily accommodated our group of 9 and could have fit one more. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities for cooking and eating as well as a Keurig coffee maker. We were not prepared for the lack of cleanliness when we arrived to the property. In terms of cleanliness the house did not seem to have been cleaned properly in quite some time based on the amount of dust and the state of the countertops in the kitchen, bathrooms, and dining table.

Stay on Cuban Palm

Best about this home is that it’s a corner property. The large private yard along the side of the house was perfect for playing ball or frisbee or just to lounge in the sun. We only wish they had a few more patio chairs and loungers. There were only 4 chairs and 2 loungers for a house that accommodates 8+ Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent condo near Disney!

We had such a lovely stay at your property! Most days we went to Disney World and then came back and made dinner and relaxed in the pool. Because we went in March, heating the pool was definitely worth it. We also spent a whole day at the Paradise Palms resort pool, which was fantastic. The condo is so spacious, with 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. We had 3 adults and 3 teenagers, but 10 people can be very comfortable staying here. We had a great experience and would definitely return for another Orlando vacation! :)

Paradise Palms great resort, house met our needs

The actual resort of Paradise Palms had everything we were looking for: resort style heated pool, 2 spas, children's wade pool, plenty of lounge chairs, and bar/restaurant, tennie/pickelball & basketball court - all was great and well tended to. The home worked for us because we were only 4 adults (60+). If we had been a larger party of 6 - 10, the sitting area/furniture is inadequate (eg. not enough couch space for everyone to watch tv). Decor needs an update. Close to busy street so can be noisy at night. 2 king beds were comfortable. Mgmt was very attentive when we reported microwave broken & it was replaced next day. Overall the house met our needs for our budget

Nice and spacious

We always love staying at Paradise Palms and this property did not disappoint. It is a very spacious and well maintained property. There were a couple of glitches that did not affect our visit so they were not reported to the management company.
