Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Soft morning light filters across the single-level layout as you step toward the screened pool area, where the quiet of the Orlando Area sets the tone for an easy, unhurried day. Evenings bring their own kind of calm as you settle into one of the living spaces or enjoy the soothing spa beside the pool, available year-round. Whether you spend your days visiting nearby parks or relaxing at home, this villa offers room to unwind and space to connect.

Sleeping arrangements
Two ensuite bedrooms each feature a king bed, ceiling fan, and Smart TV. A third bedroom includes a queen bed, while a fourth offers two twin beds with themed decor and a Smart TV well suited for younger guests. Two queen-size pull-out sofas in the living and family rooms offer added flexibility for larger groups.

Indoor living
Two living areas provide space for gathering, streaming, or settling in with a movie on the 65 inch HDTV. An air-conditioned game room invites friendly competition with its ping pong table, pool table, arcade games, and Smart TV. Room-darkening shades, extra bedding, and multiple seating areas create a comfortable home base throughout your stay.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals when you choose to dine in, with space to cook, brew coffee, or enjoy breakfast before heading out for the day. A dining table offers seating indoors, while the covered patio gives you the option to enjoy meals by the screened pool area. A gas BBQ grill is available for outdoor cooking.

Outdoor living
The private outdoor pool and spa are available all year and open 24 hours, allowing you to enjoy a refreshing swim or warm soak at your own pace. The backyard provides open outdoor space, and lake access via a nearby path offers a peaceful change of scenery.

Family-friendly details
A crib, Pack n play, high chair, children’s books, toys for multiple age groups, and children’s dinnerware make it easy to settle in with young travelers. The single-level layout ensures simple movement throughout the home.

Amenities and conveniences
Washer and dryer, essentials, a dedicated workspace with a door, fast wifi, private entrance, free driveway and street parking, self check-in with a smart lock, and exterior security cameras facing outdoors only. Guests also have free resort access to nearby facilities including a shared gym.

Neighborhood
Located in the Orlando Area, the home offers access to major attractions, dining, shopping, outdoor recreation, and well-known parks including Walt Disney World, Universal, SeaWorld, and Margaritaville. Trails, lake areas, and local activities add options for relaxed days close to home.

We had a fantastic time at th is property. The hosts were super communicative and accomodating. The property is just as described and was very clean. We appreciated the snacks after a long drive and loved the pool. We would absolutely stay here again.
