Lots of beds for a big family. Fun decorated rooms for the kids. Lots of dresser and closet space. Loved the ice and water dispenser in the fridge. The clubhouse and waterpark are great!!! The lazy river is heated!! Water pressure is good. Plenty of pots and pans if you like to cook. Lots of cups, dishes and silverware. The splash pool is incredible!! Negatives: the gate does not work and I sat pushing a button several times with no response. I had to pull up the map and go to another gated entrance to get in. The last half of our stay the gate was left open and was still not repaired when we left. When we arrived the air conditioning was not working. It was set at 72 but was 80 in the house. I contacted the office and a repair man was there in 20 minutes and fixed it. So their response and repair times are great. The repairman was also very nice. The tv in the children’s bedroom fell off the wall when we tried to adjust the arm. It was held into the wall with 2 short screws and not attached to a stud. It really scared my daughter. Thankfully we were able to catch the tv and no one was hurt.
