The instructions for entering neighborhood and property were wrong. The coffeemaker broke after the first morning and no attempt was made to replace with a working appliance. Condo was clean and comfortable but these issues made stay, overall, disappointing.

Great short stay

We stayed here for spring break for 4 nights.The owners were great with responses.The beds slept well and it was a great fit for our family of 6. The location is amazing and close to stores and food.

It was clean…but

It was clean, but absolutely no creature comforts! Coffee maker was dorm size for one person! Why not a Keurig? No normal spoons! Weird soup spoons and large tablespoons for eating with. No measuring spoons. Kitchen is not set up for cooking. Not ONE dish towel! We had to use hand towels in the kitchen. And speaking of towels, primary bathroom had one per person. And the pool towels are cheap and threadbare. Neighborhood is iffy, people passing on the wrong side at the gate. Firecrackers at 11:30 at night, loud cussing outside. Also the primary bedroom upstairs had two standard pillows not per person. One crummy pillow each. We felt like the owner is not aware or didn’t care. Buy a bag of ice because the refrigerator doesn’t put out much ice. We wouldn’t stay here again. Pool area needs cleaned, and pressure washed. Primary bedroom has broken remote control with a piece of electrical tape holding the battery in.

Great stay at Storey Lake

The house entirely met our expectations, would stay again. This was our 3rd stay at Storey Lake. It is a great resort if you plan on going to Disney World or the Outlets. Tons of restaurants in the area. Pros: Comfy beds, clean, great resort (heated pool, lazy river, whole resort feels clean and safe), easy check in/out, tons of space for our family of 5, TV package to watch NHL/NBA live games Cons: Kitchen could have had more pots and pans for cooking, but ok for 1 week; wifi was mostly slow and spotty.

Great Story Lake Property

Have stayed in a couple of different properties in this neighborhood when visiting Orlando. Great place to stay very close and convenient to everything. The house was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The property manager was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend.

Beautiful condo and location, everything you need is less than a 30 minute drive. We were in the area for a funeral service. Storey lakes is nice, my second stay.

Family Vacation

Very clean and comfortable home. Worked great for two families. Had all amenities that we required. We were able to cook some meals and enjoy the resort facilities. Overall a great stay!

Nice & Comfortable

We rented this property for 4 adults and 4 children. The house layout was good and the beds were comfortable. The kids loved the pool. The furnishings were in good shape and overall we were pleased with our time there. The only negative comment we have is about the gate check in process. If you check in on a Friday or the weekend, the lines to get through the guardhouse is utter chaos. We had already checked in and had to wait several minutes to get through the gate because the lane for people with passes was being blocked by people trying to check in. This process needs to be fixed.

Disney trip with grandkids

The condo was bigger than I thought plenty of room for everyone A little further than I thought to the clubhouse - all beds were comfy - pool was a little small - Great location to all shops and food stores - 10 to 15 minutes to all the parks - only complaint and it seemed like everyone had the same problem was the paper gate key scan code never worked - would highly recommend them getting a different entry form - also little things that may be added need of oven mitts - should update a K cup Machine - more kid friendly dinnerware - and also checking should be at two and departure at noon overall would recommend The P Family

Great Vacation home!

This home was beautiful and very clean. It was conveniently located minutes away from restaurants, shopping center, and so many other stores. The kids enjoyed their stay. Unfortunately, we picked a bad week for our vacation so it was raining on/off our entire stay but we still had fun and got to enjoy the community resort. We visited Universal Studios as well and which was only 18 minutes away from the home. Would definitely book this property again!
