I’ve stay couple of times at Seralago. When it comes to convenience it’s close to Old town but during the years it’s been outdated. They need to either renovate it or close it.

So dirty. Bedbugs. Smell like pee. Everything is old. The toilet had to raise the lid to lower the water. The deteriorated bathtub. The dirty beds with bedbugs. My body itched. They should close forever or remodel it from 0 because they need everything new

The hotel has not been updated the suite that I had the living room ac did not work the door was getting stuck the refrigerator is super small for a large family. This are some of the things. I remember when it was an awesome place to stay but they have let this place go down and no renovations have been done at all.

Staff not actually helpful. Amenities were basically closed down. After waiting for sometime for my pool view room, they were putting us in a room facing a defunct pool. After complaining , we were given a room that was far from feeling clean. Property was litered with garbage and it appeared that some were living there.

When they say you get what you paid for this is the perfect example. The staff in the front were very polite and very nice, but the room was awful. The door was banged up. Felt like anybody could break in at any time. The bathroom was falling apart. It was dirty behind the toilet was falling apart at least they had toilet paper. The floors were dirty. The microwave was dirty. The fridge was dirty and rusted. Everything was rusted in there. The walls were gross yellow, like it was the smoking room before or still The beds were sketchy did search for bedbugs immediately, but did not have any that we could see The TV barely worked. It flickered in and out the outlets wouldn't keep anything plugged in the base boys were peeling off, and you could see rest and nasty mess behind it the bed skirts were ripped stained, and gross. The doors were stained and gross. There was trash around the premises of the hotel inside the resort we barely stayed in the room because we were out mostly thank goodness, but even taking a shower in there you still felt dirty afterwards. Do not recommend at all. There's more to say, but these really probably have said it all

This property is closing . They have completely let go and stopped cleaning. We had 2 dirat rooms. We were booked jnto the wrong room at firat we booked the kid suit. We went into a room with 2 beds. We were told thats all that was available. The room had blood on the sheets and trash all over the floor. We called the desk and were told if we wanted housekeeping we needed to book 24 hours prior. Like .... we juat checked in. They said there was nothing they could do that night to come back tomorrow. Went back went to a new room this room was also dirty and the air conditioner leaked the entire room was soaking wrt out entire stay. They sent maintenance he came in with a hammer and was like yeah theres nothing i can do the hotels closing and they wont allow me to fix it. Then the fridge froze all of our food and medications. Ruining over a hundred dollars worth of food and thousands in medication . When we checked out the guy was pretty much like im sorry that happened but theres nothing i can do at this point

The rooms were dirty . You have to call 24 hours ahead for house keeping . I had no tissue asked them they said they don’t have I had to buy my own . The room phone and heating system didn’t work there was no hot water . My room door was broken . Only one pool is open . Someone threw up in the pool during my stay I alerted them and they didn’t shut the pool to clean they kept letting people in . There is no breakfast like the website says . Hotel staff very rude and nasty .

Very run down condition, charge resort fees & this is far from a resort No working hot tubs 1 out of 2 pools working No maid service Had to ask for clean towels & hard to get wash clothes, no garbage pick up Overall experience was horrible

I use to stay here all the time. The hotel is closing and there is nobody in housekeeping. The staff that are still working are friendly. Restaurant and store are closed. Bar is closed. Front pool only pool open. Couple more days and it will permanently be closed.
