Excellent Home

The cleanliness of the home was wonderful. The layout and function was excellent for our needs. Close to Disney & good restaurants. We will look for this home again for our gathering next year.

Awesome Family Vacation Rental

Went to Disney and Universal Studios. Had a large group of 15 and the house was plenty big enough. Would recommend to anyone with a large group! The resort was fun as well. Spent a day by the resort pool and had some drinks.

Perfect Vacation

The property was as listed. More than enough room for all 12 of us. The kids loved the game room on the rainy evening. All over great experience we will be back!

Place was great but not a fan of the lock on the temp . Should have went to 70.

Loved it

Had a great time. Loved the location and everything about the house. Actually got to meet the pool man, he was very nice and does a great job. We just hated having to leave. Everybody wanted to stay longer, so maybe next time we can.

Great home for large families/groups

We had 14 guests (6adults and 8 kids). The rooms and beds made it possible for everyone to have their own space. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. While there we visited Magic King, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, & Universal. All were about 20-25 min away and an easy drive. We were able to have groceries delivered and DoorDashed meals with no problem! It is in a gated community which was nice. The pool and game room were big hits with the kids! The only downside was that the AC unit in the garage (turned game) room wasn’t working and was unable to be fixed during our stay. Thankfully we were only there in the evenings so it was warm but not unbearable. Everyone loved the beds with the exception of the upstairs room on the left at the end of the hall. I believe it has a queen size mattress that has a large dent on one side making it very uncomfortable. Everything else was great!

Awesome

Perfect place for large gatherings. We were a group of 17, two extended families. Plenty of room, close to Disney, shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend to others!

Overall good

We had 6 adults and 8 kids under age 13. We loved the area, the location was great and the option of the larger pool in the neighborhood and splash pad were great. Covid had limited capacity which sucked, but in a normal trip would have been great! The house was spread out nicely and the walls were pretty sound proof. The kids loved the garage that was the game room with the exception of the 2 arcade games never working. We contacted the property manager and they said parts were on order but they never arrived during our stay😔. The pool was nice and the hot tub the kids liked but it was pretty chilly in Both as we should have paid to heat them. Location was great, we visited Disney a couple times and it was close to grocery and pizza and restaurants. Hot tub had a part missing so we couldn’t turn on the jet’s until day 4, but they finally fixed it.
