NO WORKING POOL MOST OF THE WEEK

The house was nicely decorated, kitchen stocked well for cooking and entertaining if you choose to. Grill on property. Not nearly enough towels in the house, however other linens were stocked sufficiently. Good location, near park and pool. Nice view out back, however as many other guests have stated we also experienced issues with the pool not heating (we paid to have it heated). No one would come and fix this problem for days even after multiple calls daily which left the pool unusable. It is extremely cold so PAY TO HEAT AND PRAY ITS WORKING! We were only offered a refund on the charge to heat it which was frustrating since we paid far more for a home with a pool for a reason. On the fourth day of our stay we woke to find the hot tub empty and the pool filled to the top almost overflowing. Finally after voicing our concerns over this empty hot tub a technician came out to fix the issue, leaving us only one day with a pool. Very disappointing we didn't receive better response time with our issues from the manager, often not even receiving a call back. Overall the stay was fine, I have learned to trust the reviews, and ask if the problem had been resolved BEFORE booking.

Great if you don’t plan to swim!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is located near Disney and other attractions which is nice. Nicely decorated, kitchen well stocked however not nearly enough towels for the home. We were doing laundry everyday. Home was clean and as described except the pool and hot tub were broken. Overall nice place however DO NOT stay here if you intend on swimming or enjoying the hot tub. Neither were heated even though we paid for it. We called multiple times requesting it fixed. Checked in to the home on Saturday, someone finally came Wednesday to fix the pool and this is only after we woke up to the hot tub completely empty and called angry. The excuse prior to was they were busy and short staffed. I’m thankful they finally fixed it however with very few days left in our trip, we didn’t get to enjoy the pool. This is a main reason we rented here. I waited a few weeks to review in hopes we would see resolve as we were offered a refund for the inconvenience however have yet to see that. If the pool worked I would recommend this place however encourage you to get “working pool” in writing.

Broken pool and hot tub heater, poor customer service

We knew in advance that the common amenities were overcrowded but that didn't bother us as we expected to have our own heated pool and hot tub at the house. When we arrived, both were cold. When we reported it, we were told to wait 12-24 hours. We reported again and got the same response. It became apparent that no one was genuinely acting on our request to fix the heater. Upon looking at other reviews, it is obvious that other's experienced the same thing and this heater likely hasn't worked for weeks or months. They have no intention of fixing it but have no problem taking a fee to heat the pool. Big let down and the robotic responses made it worse. In the end I was told "you agreed to our terms and conditions that we can not guarantee that the pool equipment will be working". Just some honesty and integrity from the start would have been nice instead of the games and the repeated "wait 12-24 hours" even though they know full well that it will never work.

Using the hot tub is extra charge, if it works

Check in was more difficult than need be. I loaded all my guests into the app well before the trip, but none of them received the check in info and info was only provided via an email, vs in the app like other rentals. Heating the hot tub was an extra charge, which was disappointing. Once we found this out, we paid the ‘upgrade’ for heating the tub, told tech would come on next day to turn it on. Another day later told hot tub doesn’t work. We asked to be transferred to another place with a working hot tub, and told we would have to pay extra for that too,. They never got it working during our stay or explained why. Place was nice and functional for our group, but service was disappointing.

The pool and hot tub heater

Everything was perfect with the house, very clean and very spacious! The only reason I’m leaving a 4 star review was because I paid for the pool heating and it did not work the whole time we were there. I contacted and was told that someone was going to come to fix the issue and no one came at all! I called again and was told I couldn’t get a full refund because in there system it said it was taken care of! A whole lie! So make sure you come during the summer here because the pool and hot tub heater was horrible. Couldn’t even use it once!

Reviewer Comments: This is a roomy home with good access to Disney, etc. It was clean, stocked with what we needed and close to a grocery store and a handful of restaurants. The beds were comfy, the sofas were not, and unfortunately the pool heater never worked despite paying for it and a storm blew the lanai door (with a broken lock) open and slammed it shut all night making it impossible to sleep. It’s a nice house that needs a few tweaks.

Quick stop through Orlando

The house was perfect for our stay. Clean with comfortable beds. We paid the charge for the heated pool and it was worth it. Kids swam every day. Only complaint was the clothes drier was broken. There are many closets so we just hung everything up to dry. We let management know about the issue. The community spaces were fun. Kids enjoyed the water slides and mini golf. Fun times had by all.
