Great Place to Stay

We thought this property was just as described! The kids loved the themed rooms and arcade - house was equipped with literally everything you need for a family! Nice washer and dryer which came in handy! The only thing that could’ve been better would’ve been the pillows, but we thought overall this was five stars, and we would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Location

The area is perfect as well as the amenities on the property. The home could have been cleaned better. The grill was rusty and I wouldn't recommend putting any food on it, so I am glad I didn't pay extra for it. The trash can was tiny for 11 people and we were constantly taking the trash out. The water heater definitely is too small for the home, as we hardly got a hot shower with so many people. Overall the location was perfect!

Great house

This is our third house rental in Orlando, and we thought that this house had the best value. Its location is great. For one, its one stop light and then a straight run to the Disney parks. Second, directly across the street is the heated lazy river, pool and a nice bar.The property manager was on top of everything from start to finish. We had a question, and it was answered asap. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of extra pillows in the closet. Everything was very clean. I could go on but let's just say that if we were to go back to Orlando, we would rent this house. For us, it had the best value.

Clean and spacious house in a great area with a ton of amenities

Our oldest son just started with the Disney College Program and we came over from the Panhandle a few days early to help get him settled in his new apartment. This VRBO was probably the cleanest one we have ever stayed in! We loved the area...it felt very safe, had a ton of shopping, restaurants, etc. nearby, and was a convenient drive to Disney and our son's apartment. The house itself was extremely spacious, well-kept, and well-appointed. We didn't get a chance to use the pool/jacuzzi at the house, but the neighborhood pool area was wonderful and there were lots of sidewalks and green space/playgrounds throughout the area. Check-in instructions/door code/Wifi info were clear and texted/emailed in a timely manner. (Just a heads up for anyone booking the home...it is in a gated community, so you will receive a couple emails, one asking for a list of all guests over the age of 16 and another with a link to verify your identity before you check in. I am always a little skeptical when those things aren't sent through the VRBO messaging function, but I can verify that information was communicated with the front gate.) Overall GREAT stay and would absolutely stay here again!
