Frustrating

The property was really nice! Beautiful and spacious house. Thought after a long and hard check in process, we will never book through these people again! We got to the house at 7 pm after driving 10 hours, and the door lock was not working… the property manager was extremely hard to get in contact with and he was NOT helpful. We had to wait in our car until 10:30 before someone came to fix it and even then, they did not fix it. The booking process was also frustrating, usually when I book through VRBO I just book and it done, but they kept need information from me and even a random selfie….and if I didn’t send that information ASAP, they would threaten to cancel my stay…
