Wonderful Stay!

The house was perfect for our group. Had everything we needed. The space was amazing ! Very clean. Space for us all.

I can't say enough about the property, it as shown everything was outstanding my family and I had a great time it was about 28 of us, and it was a perfect fit. The property manager was very attentive prior to me coming and while we were there. If I had one thing to say is we had just a small issue with the HOT water, it was very cold , however we made the best of it. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Dirty and in a state of disrepair

The pool area was filthy i spent about 3 hours trying to get the house to work so that i could clean it. Needs regular pressure washing. Grill rotted/ rusted, dishwasher upper rack fell out, dishwasher moldy, plugged up and did not clean dishes, hot water situation is ridiculous. In line heaters do not work properly

Kings 2024 Thanksgiving

The house was perfect for my family. However it was not cleaned properly. We found hair on several of the bed’s sheets. We washed several of the sheets before sleeping in it. One of the bed mattress cover actually had blood on it. Pictures to show you. Also in my room #1 the floor had some type of sticky stuff all over the floor that could have bee removed. Pictures to show you. Also in room #1 closet locked therefore I had no closet. In the living room those rugs you got there kept bulging up. In the kitchen the over door wasn’t working properly. It seems the door wasn’t closing as should therefore the heat wasn’t staying in therefore the temperature was correct for the oven. There was one trash can not emptied Overall we had a great time
