Stayed here for two nights as it was close to Osaka University campus and direct transportation to Osaka Itami airport and central Osaka. Convenient location and a very good hotel. Above all, the staff and their service were really great. Highly recommend.

Clean and convenient

Staff were very helpful. Room was clean. They do a thorough cleaning only every 3 days but will drop off clean towels daily. This suited me since I could spread out without having to worry about staff coming in. Location is tremy convenient especially to Itami airport only a 10minut monorail ride away. Not my first time staying there

The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location for access to train, bus, and monorail (direct line to Itami Airport). While the building is a little older, everything is clean and well-maintained. This was my second time staying at the hotel.

great place to stay

we love this hotel because its old style and classic. everything works as it should but it needs redecoration however i like it very much as it is. rooms are very quiet and i love the space in the rooms. i struggle with Japanese hard mattresses so bring my own top up mattress then i have a lovely comfortable stay. we would love for this hotel to remain open and have a paint job done. its a lovely classic hotel.

The building is old, but the hotel staff were kind and pleasant. It is convenient because it is close to the metro station where you can go to Osaka Umeda without changing trains. The air conditioning cannot be adjusted, and the noise in the room is a little loud. Therefore, it is a little difficult to sleep.

This used to be a very nice hotel in this residential area, but now it is too old to enjoy the stay. Service was pretty good, but the facility was so outdated. They most likely had done nothing to keep it updated.

Staff was very friendly, but cleanliness is sub-par. West wing buildings have black mold in the AC in multiple rooms. Bad for health, especially for people with asthma. Staff offered to clean the duct only (and failed to do so), they did not see a problem with the black mold in the AC, making me sceptic about their understanding of cleanliness. We were offered multiple other rooms on the same floor, they all had black mold in the AC
