“The hygiene conditions are terrible, very unclean, lack of hair dryer”

“When we arrived there were many holes in the wall. There was even one that when we turned the shower on had water spraying out of it. The next morning breakfast was not prepared correctly. Lots of things were missing. We were able to switch rooms the next day but woke up with bed bugs.”

“The room itself was nice for the price. Like to kitchenette. The restroom and shower was extremely nice. But the doors had 3/16"+ gaps between doors and frames. The walls were THIN. My neighbors conversation could easy be heard in the room. The thin windows allowed traffic noise to protrude also. The young lady that checked me in and the gentleman that checked me out was pleasantly warming. The AC was a blessing, it maintained a constant set temperature making the room home. “My reservation was for 4 guests in a room with one king bed and a sofa bed. Upon arrival, the sofa bed was not prepared and did not have any sheets, blankets, or pillows available for use. This made the sleeping arrangements inadequate for the number of guests included in the reservation. Additionally, the elevator was out of service, creating a major inconvenience during our stay. Furthermore, the toilet was not functioning properly and had to be manually plunged every time it was used, which……
