“Arrived for check-in and we (along with multiple others) were told our room was not ready and was not given an ETA of when it would be and when asked staff member was very rude and defensive saying they had been full to capacity the night before and couldn’t say what time to expect only the cleaning staff was doing their best. We waited almost 40 minutes in the lobby before a manager came to talk with people and all they offered to do was complete our check in once the room was ready and have……
