“Showed up and handed the person at the front desk my card. Had my reservation fully paid for on Expedia prior to arrival. There was a 75 dollar hold on my card that didnt go away until after I checked out. Didn't think this was unusual as I've been charged more for a deposit at other places. However, the charge went through shortly after I completed my online check out. I had to work very early and was and no one was working the front desk yet which is why I opted for online checkout. “We have stayed here multiple times as it is close to family members that live in Wisconsin and convenient for us.
Our experience has always been very positive, the only thing I could really say is that the property needs a little uplift. We stayed in room 111. And there were multiple spots on the walls that had been touched up with a penny that did not match.
I had brought my computer with me and was doing work in the room over the days we stayed there and the Office chair was in very poor……

“Booked this property on line because it advertised a hot tub. After a long day of travel we were looking forward to unwinding in the hot tub. Upon check in, it was determined the hot tub was unavailable. It was non refundable. Wish there was a way that amenities could be updated as advertised ”

“So much broken and not working. No rolling cart for luggage. Very disappointed. 1 person working at the drink area for all. Had to walk away. And finally the food is not worth it. Too bad. It could vibe really great. ”
