Die Unterkunft war schön gelegen. Leider waren die Außenmöbel abgewohnt und es war nicht ausreichend sauber. Zudem war der Kidsclub die ganze Zeit geschlossen - der Außenbereich an der Rezeption war auch nicht bewirtschaftet. An einem Abend haben wir mit unserem Auto keinen Parkplatz auf der Anlage bekommen. Die Parkplätze müssten zu den Lodges zugewiesen sein. Das Personal war jedoch sehr nett.

Grundsätzlich ist der Ferienpark wirklich schön angelegt und bietet auf den ersten Blick ideale Voraussetzungen für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub. Umso größer war jedoch unsere Enttäuschung, als wir das uns zugewiesene Haus betraten: Der Außenbereich entsprach leider in keiner Weise den Bildern, die uns vorab vermittelt wurden. Besonders enttäuschend war die völlig verwilderte Terrasse – dicht bewachsen mit Brennnesseln und damit absolut ungeeignet, um unsere kleinen Kinder dort unbesorgt spielen zu lassen. Gerade mit kleinen Kindern wünscht man sich einen sicheren und gepflegten Außenbereich, in dem sie sich frei bewegen können. Stattdessen mussten wir ständig aufpassen und sie immer wieder vom Spielen im Freien abhalten – das hat uns ehrlich gesagt das Urlaubsgefühl erheblich getrübt. Wir haben um eine alternative Unterkunft gebeten, in der Hoffnung, dass man uns zumindest ein wenig entgegenkommt – doch leider war man dazu nicht bereit. Das war für uns besonders enttäuschend, weil man sich in solchen Momenten als Gast schlicht allein gelassen fühlt. Insgesamt bleibt ein gemischter Eindruck: ein schöner Park mit Potenzial, aber leider überschattet von einer unglücklichen Unterkunft und mangelnder Kulanz seitens des Betreibers.

Perfect Match

Wir waren Mitte Mai zu dritt mit Hund dort. Wir wollen es ruhig und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht.Ich kann die Bewertungen über schmutzige und verwohnte Häuser nicht nachvollziehen. Bei uns war alles bestens in Schuss.Der Service passt, auch wenn in der Vorsaison das Restaurant vor Ort geschlossen hat. Es gibt ausreichend viele Alternativen in der Umgebung. Auch fußläufig.Der nächste große Supermarkt ist in Zandvoort. Vor Ort gibt es das nötigste. Das ist völlig ausreichend.Der Hundestrand ist zu Fuß ca. 2,5 km entfernt. Man kann aber auch mit dem Auto auf einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz fahren (was wir nicht getan haben). Ab 15. Mai sind Hunde direkt in Bloemendaal am Strand verboten. Das ist aber kein Problem.Der Bus fährt direkt an Eingang ab. Es gibt auch einen Fahrradverleih. Alles vor Ort, was man braucht.Klare Empfehlung!

Kurz Urlaub

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Leider etwas abgelegen ohne Auto nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen. Für Hundebesitzer wie wir optimal man kann schöne Strandspaziergänge unternehmen. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal.

Zuviele Ansprechpartner

Der Aufenthalt bei Roompot in Bloemendaal war sehr schön. Hal Alles geklappt und die Anlage ist schön. Was mich im Vorfeld gestört hat, war der Kontakt mit vier verschiedenen Adressen. FeWo-direkt, Belvilla, VRBO und zum Schluss (Gott sei Dank) Roompot. Bei unseren Fragen (Kinderstuhl) konnte letzten Endes nur Roompot weiterhelfen, die uns kurz vor der Abreise anschrieben. Alle anderen Adressen sehr höflich und hilfsbereit, aber offensichtlich ahnungslos.

Schöner Hundeurlaub hinter den Dünen

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt mit Hund. Die FeWo ist wirklich super gelegen und sehr hundefreundlich. Die Sauberkeit war so La La. Die Spiegel waren nicht wirklich geputzt und auch die Küchenutensilien waren nicht alle sauber. Außerdem ist es etwas blöd gestaltet zwecks Lüften, da hinten bei der Küche weder Fenster noch eine Dunstabzugshaube sind.Aber trotzdem ist es sehr zu empfehlen und schön gelegen.

Die Anlage ist Strandnah gelegen. Die RezeptionsmitarbeiterInnen sind höflich und hilfsbereit. Der Supermarkt ist im allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Bewachte Parkplätze vor Ort. Bei unserem Haus waren bei den Gartenmöbeln (3-Sitzer) das mittlere Polster gerissen. Im Haus waren in einer Lampen Spinnweben (Esszimmer). Silberfischchen und kleine Käfer im Badezimmer. Wir waren nur für 3 Tage bei Ihnen, daher haben wir es der Rezeption nicht angezeigt. Das wäre bei einem längeren Aufenthalt anders gewesen. Es ist nichts Weltbewegendes für einen Kurzurlaub. Ich würde Ihre Anlage trotzdem weiterempfehlen und wiederkommen. Herzlichen Gruß Oswald Opretzka

Op eerste kerstdag gegeten op het park bij Sandra en Nico. Nico zijn naam weet ik niet zeker Perfecte combinatie. Gezellig enthausiast. Alle complimenten voor hun twee. Heerlijk gegeten top top. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Huisje prima. Rustig, veilig vlak bij het strand. Hondjes waren overal welkom, zo fijn. Repetie altijd aanwezig en vriendelijk. Kom graag terug.👍
