“Situated in the very centre of Kelso, convenient place to stay when exploring the area. Checkin was done very easily, with clear instructions sent beforehand. There is a Greggs just in front of the hotel, and also several restaurants and takeaways in close vicinity. There was double glazing in the room, and hence better insulation. ”

“Really pleased with my stay. Upgraded me from single room to double. Staff couldnt have been more helpful. There was a problem with the water supply in room so they moved me to a better room. Comfortable bed, great size room, lovely and quiet, good sleep, breakfast was good. Free parking. Bus stop to get all over Edinburgh and back, right across the road. For what I paid it was excellent.
