"The best thing about this hotel is location, only few mins walk to Shibuya station and Shibuya crossing. The room size is good with enough space to open suitcases. The view of the room is excellent too.
If you take taxi to the hotel will have some problems since there's no drop off spot for the hotel and the hotel lobby is on the 4th floor.
For the room cleaning, staff should take more attention. I found the tea cups didn't change to a new one after the room is tidy up.
In general, I will give 8/10 for this hotel. Definitely will consider to stay again when I visit Tokyo next time."
