"Initially there was an issue with the room being ready. So when it was I got upgraded for free. Basically I got a slightly larger room. I was happy with it and the staff were very helpful."

"The staff was really nice. The water was shut off from 11am-3pm on the first day, the indoor pool was under construction the entire time we were there which, the shower hair strands of hair left behind. There was also strands of hair on beds and pillows. Our balcony windows had not been cleaned. Parking is not free, it’s $20 a day. "

"Do not stay here. I don’t know who would ever say this is clean in a review but it was by far the most disgusting place I have ever seen. We checked in at almost midnight and booked a new place by 2am. Told the front guy our room was filthy and he showed us 2 other rooms equally as disgusting. Poop skid marks in toilets, blood in toilets, unidentifiable bloody globs on wall, dead bugs everywhere, tub was black, sink had not been cleaned in I don’t know how long, hair on bed. We told him the were all dirty and he replied that sometimes housekeeping didn’t clean very good. We left and checked out before 6am and left for our new hotel. The guy said they would refund our stay through hotels. Com but now are refusing. Do not stay here. I sure hope I can attach pics with this review for you all to see our nightmare. "

"Upfront staff and valet was friendly. I wish the front drive way was little bigger for second car to pass. Too many driver just park there too long."
