Although I had prepaid on Expedia, I was told that my credit card had been declined at check-in. A couple minutes after giving him a different card, he informed me I was prepaid and he didn’t need the second credit card. Then the card key would not open the room door. Rather than issuing another card key, the manager let us use a master magnetic key to get in our room, which limited our ability to come and go freely during our stay. The next morning, we discovered the shower would only produce full hot or full cold water, neither of which allowed for a safe/comfortable shower. This was the most miserable experience we have ever had in an Expedia booking.
