We came to meet my daughter and spend time with family in a cooler climate from Phoenix. We loved Pagosa Springs. The cabin / house was comfortable.

We had a very relaxing stay! The property felt quiet and secluded, yet it was conveniently close to the Springs. The rooms were clean and spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax. I accidentally left a bag behind, and the hosts were very responsive and kindly allowed my daughter to return and pick it up since she was in town after I had left. Would definitely stay here again!

Location of property was great. Had a beautiful view of the valley from the front porch. House was very clean and the host was very helpful. Had mule deer, 2 fox every night come on the property. The water was shut off for about 4 hrs on our last day due to city making repairs on main line. The only complaint I have is there was no TV in the living area. The TV was located on the second floor and I’m not able to climb stairs. Overall I’m very pleased with the rental of this house.
