「I had a different circumstance that required me to go down there a day earlier...I tried through Expedia to change my reservation but was not successful. I called the hotel directly and they were able to assist me so I ended up staying a day earlier and kept my reservation for the original night stay. Hope and the crew were amazingly understanding and helpful. I did not catch the name of the woman who made the breakfasts but when my kid came down, she checked in on her and she made sure she had...

「Lovely stay. Really enjoyed the comfy bed, the nice staff, and the gym. The only single problem I had was with the maps feature. Their address doesn’t match up with what is on maps.」

「Our stay was very smooth. Clean, large room, everything you need in your room, quiet A/C, nice staff, and a well-served free breakfast. I don't know if I will be back in Bastrop again, but if I do, I will definitely book a room here.」

「multiple cockroaches are everywhere in my room. Best estimates I would say I have seen 10-15. They are small, moving around fast. They went into my food so I have to trash it. Such a nasty hotel room is a symbol of, I don’t know what to say precisely, nightmare. I hardly recall I had this kind of room experience before. The breakfast is most nothing. Building is old. 」

「The breakfast was horrible, but it was expected from the reviews. The sink in our room had a leak and it was reported and nothing was done. The bed was sufficient to sleep on and I wouldn't say comfortable. The property is five years old and looks ten. There are no washer or dryers but linen bags in the rooms. The outside door to get into the hallway of where are room was was broke and was reported. At four every morning it sounded like someone was going to rip it of the hinges trying to get in....
