“When we checked in the staff could not provide keys to the room. They had a maintenance man walk us to our room and let us in. They said they would have keys ready in a bit. An hour later went to desk and they still did not have them. Left the property came back 4 hrs later and the manager handed me key without saying a word. (Rude) Get to room try to login to internet and got error and says contact front desk. Called and the manager says well we never really checked you in. 😳. He did something……

“The breakfast menu was plentiful, fresh, and delicious. They had a great coffee station. Hector at the front desk was an incredibly friendly person, and very attentive.”

“The staff was awesome at the Bastrop Quality Inn. The check in was easy and efficient. I made a last minute reservation at this Quality Inn because of unforseen circumstances at my prior accommodation. I needed a place to do some office work (I'm the Accountant and I needed to do payroll and tax deposits for the previous payroll). The staff at this Quality Inn allowed me a late checkout so I could get the work done. I'm very grateful for this hotel and it's staff!”

“Front desk was not very welcoming. There was hardly any toilet paper in the bathroom only a partial of a roll. Other than that the room was clean just very stuffy.”

“no , the parking was very bad , the refrigerator was not working all our food got spoiled , bugs in the bathroom The only good thing was Ms Jen who was a sweetheart of an employee ”

“When we arrived, there was no one in the main lobby but someone came pretty quickly. However, at check-out no one ever came into the building and I just had to leave the key. Also, we were given no complimentary bottled water in our room and that is one of the amenities listed.”

“Room is good and with somewhat less moving space. Cooler is new and so other stuff is also fine. Staff also is good and friendly. Adequate parking place. Breakfast available but not much bells and whistles. I noticed minor squeaking noise while sitting and standing on the bed. One fact not to ignore: The location is next to gas station. rarely or so your room may be on the same side. However once in the room that should not be any hinderance to stay or sleep. ”
