"The hotel is wonderful. Clean, comfortable,great staff, excellent food, beautiful gardens. The only problem is they have this ridiculous policy where people can check out 24 hours after they check in. That's great for the people checking out but horrible for people trying to check in!!! Expedia states that check in is after 2:00pm and check out before 11:00am. We arrived around 2pm and couldn't check in to our room for hours. "A little tricky to find - Google maps takes you to the wrong location. Once there however it was a little gem. Nice and quiet with good facilities. We stayed in Morocco 2 which was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was very delicious. Would definitely stay again."
