「I want to be fair on my review. The property charge extra 30 Euros for checking in after 6pm. I found this no good since traveling carries certain schedules, I consider 8 or 9pm is a common time to check in into any B&B, Hotel, etc. I do respect their rule. Also, the property did not disclose in internet that the bathrooms are shared. I understood every room has their own bathroom, it is not the case. When you arrive you find a building, with many apartments where regular people live in. There...

「Unfortunately, though it is not my practice to write poor reviews for anyone, I have caution the next person who signs up for this property. It is not as advertised. It is located in a very desolate and poor part of Palermo. It is a second rate building. The room we had was very dark and depressing. We had to terminate our stay and seek another location. The person responsible did not speak a word of English. The amneities were sparse. Any how, its not a luxury suite by any means. Sorry to say...

「This was an actual working Agritourismo farm. The meals were excellent. Their wines are outstanding ( made on the property). Rooms are excellent! We will return!」

「Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Welcome-Drink lecker, Shuttle-Service zum Flughafen top (morgens um 3:30 Uhr). Zimmer super sauber und modern, Personal sehr freundlich - und das ehrlich. Ein Naturteich mit Wasserfall hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die (Team)-Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder :D」

「It is a great hotel! Very spacious room and comfortable bed. It is not close to Palermo downtown (need an hour train) but just 20 mins walk to a beautiful beach or just 5 mins walk to an average beach. For us just spent two full days in beaches so no problem with a little remote from downtown. Do call the hotel to arrange pick up in the airport as the city taxi is much more expensive.」

「Camera pulita, colazione eccellente con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato e una chicca la pasticceria fresca presa direttamente dal fornaio. Proprietari estremamente disponibili e cortesi.」

「Recomiendo ampliamente este hospedaje en Santa Flavia. El personal muy amable, nos atendieron siempre en todo. El estacionamiento incluido es en la calle enfrente del hotel pero se ve seguro, el desayuno incluido muy bueno y la torre panorámica tiene buena vista, hay varios espacios para tomar el sol y descansar. Las paredes un poco delgadas pero el cuarto y el baño bien, limpio y la presión del agua buena. Hay una cocina compartida que no usamos pero se ve amplia y limpia.」
