「The house was very nice, very clean, well kept and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property manager responded immediately to any questions we had. The kids loved the dock and big back yard leading down to the lake. Highly recommend booking this house for a stay on Lake Palestine or visiting Tyler!」

Kitchen is well stocked with necessary cookware and dishes, beds were great, house was super comfortable, and the view of the lake was priceless! Will definitely book again!」

「The size of the home is perfect for a large group because everyone has their own space. The large bunk room is perfect for kids and teens to hang out together. We enjoyed the pool as well as the lake for fishing. I only rated this property 4 stars for cleanliness because the grass was a little tall and the swimming pool area was very cobwebby but this is the lake so it really wasn’t an issue for us. The property managers were very quick to respond whenever I needed them.」

「The property is very peaceful and quiet. The kids loved fishing from the pier. There was an issue with the heat but the owner was very responsive and had it fixed within a couple of hours.」

「The townhome was fairly new and very clean. It was well appointed. The neighborhood it was located in was a bit sketchy. It was very near low income housing. The dishwasher door was broken but someone was sent to fix it right away. It would have been nice to have written instructions for the townhome. We eventually figured everything out on our own. Overall, it was very comfortable to stay in.」
