Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The water view was great, however the geese roosted on the roof every day, were a little noisy. But overall it was a quiet peaceful neighborhood. As a suggestion, a welcome guide would be helpful with Wi-Fi code, gate and pool codes, hot water heater was on vacation mode. Add a pizza cutter to the kitchen and hair dryers in the bathrooms. I think this was a first time rental, so we thought we could tell the owner a few tips. We had a great 2 months and would recommend this place.
