This home is privately owned with management by Rent With Integrity, a family-owned property management company. We are located at 2851 Crawfordville Highway in Crawfordville, Florida. We ask all of our guests to complete a pre-arrival form and sign a rental contract after booking. You will be sent a link to complete each of these quick items after booking.
Your booking cost will include a Waivo® Damage Waiver in lieu of a security deposit.
The Space
With 3 bedrooms: a king suite, queen and twin, 2 bathrooms have huge glass showers with tiled floors. The living area is open concept. A Florida Room is surrounded by windows overlooking the lagoon. The screened-in lanai has comfy couches and the deck below has Adirondack chairs. The gourmet kitchen showcases new sparkling granite countertops, stunning black sink and stainless steel appliances. New mini-split AC in each bedroom.
Dog friendly for 1 small dog, fenced in yard, non-smoking, sleeps 5 comfortably.
