“Words can’t express how much I enjoyed staying in this house. If you love nature, you will love it!!! The house is extremely spacious, we are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, and everyone had enough space, kids even had their own balcony and little mini snack fridges next to their beds. We saw howler monkeys and parrots everyday. One day we saw a toucan, and even a sloth cruised by. No need to pay for a nature tour, everything we wanted to see was right outside the balcony. “Reef house was a great island experience! Firefly and reggae restaurants were closed for the slow season, that was unfortunate. A/C could have been better but fans worked well. Snorkeling on reef out front was amazing.”

“This unit was very small and the area around it was busy and noisy. The pictures show a two storey unit but don’t mention that you get only the upstairs. The building itself was in dire need of repairs and maintenance and the area around it was littered with garbage and dirty water which attracted all sorts of bugs. We were all bitten continuously and couldn’t wait to get out of there. You could not enter the ocean at this location as it was dirty and full of floating garbage. I would not……

“Wonderful spot, basic accommodation. Very clean and comfortable. Our room had a nice deck but being set back didn’t get nearly as good a breeze as the shared deck space further out over the water. You can organize tours and water taxis to pick you up right there. Rebecca, the manager, is lovely and very helpful in organizing taxis and sharing information ”

“Great stay, in a heart of the jungle, houses are located in the highest point od the indigeneus village ( toilet and shower are on the groundfloor). Take your own moskito-net in case if this in the house has holes. There are moskitos after dark, you'll need a torch as well. Hosts are very helpful and kind, we'd delicious breakfast and dinner. “29/22 i stay with my family for three nights and 4 days the beds are not comfortable and the fan doesn't work the bathroom need cleaning, the worst part is the sandflyies we got bitten all over our bodies, the owners can do better with proper new nets and fan and maybe spray the place, after the first night we want to leave so bad. The island is not so bad its peaceful and claim but after the bites we could take it we were prepared with bug spray but it was not enough for the bugs. The island……
