Perfect stay for a girls trip!

We had a great time staying at this property in Rosemary! The house was clean and perfect for a large group, it was great to have so many bathrooms as well. Wonderful location and access to the beach/pools. Walking distance to town. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful spot

We loved the location and the property itself. There was plenty of room to spread out. Beautifully maintained and fully stocked. Plus, so many fun places close by to walk to. Great place to vacation with family and friends!!

Amazing stay!

This house is the definition of perfection for a bachelorette on 30A! Bathroom in each bedroom. Spacious and clean! The pool in the front yard may have been the highlight. Also, the location is perfect for walking around to shopping and dining. Tram service was great to have for beach days. We all said we would be coming back!

Great family home.

The house was great. Very clean and well kept. The pool was perfect to splash around in and it was heated nicely. Location was a short bike right to the center of town. Perfect with kids.

Loved our stay!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay here. The home is beautiful and in a great location. We were able to walk to so many restaurants and shops which we loved or it was a very quick uber ride to other spots. The house was very clean and easily fit 11 of us. Would definitely recommend this place and cannot wait to come back. Thank you!

Bachelorette Party

The house was beautiful. There was plenty of space and a clean area. Close to everything you need. Getting the wrist bands and checking into the community was difficult as there was no signs.

Family Vacation

Family time together - access to the extra pool was great. We also enjoyed having a pool at the house, so the bigger kids could swim while the little ones napped. The food was excellent and shopping was great in the little community area. Enjoyed the music. The beach area was a little over crowded, but it was the Fourth of July. We also enjoyed the house and the set up and close to proximity to all the fun activities.

BETTER THAN EXPECTED!

I can’t say enough great things about this property… We had 6 high school seniors and 6 Moms and we all fit beautifully and comfortably! The space is laid out so well, the interior design is gorgeous. Mattresses are comfy, and the porches and balconies are incredible for hanging out. If you think having a pool right outside, your door is not necessary, think again. It was fabulous to come back from the beach and sink into the cool water, not to mention extra at night with the LED lights! The kitchen is beyond well stocked in terms of equipment. The location within the neighborhood is perfect and the shuttle system is so easy to use. Beachwalk Vacations was super-responsive and so easy to work with. I could go on and on, but trust me - book your stay here and you will not regret it.!

Wonderful spring break

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful, had everything we needed, and was in a great location! Close to beach (and even though easily walkable, the kids all loved the tram ride), close to shops, close to community pool. 3rd floor was great for kids! Heated pool onsite was the best for this spring break time of year. The only four stars I gave which were minor:- when we booked, site showed two king rooms, two queen rooms and bunk room. Instead it was 3 kings, double over single bunk, and bunk room. Didn’t really affect us so no big deal! Plenty of space for the two families there.- check in was a bit unclear. When we arrived there were some wristbands on kitchen counter and when I navigated website it said to go check in OR some property managers will drop off paperwork in some of the houses so we assumed that is what happened since wristbands were there. Again, not a big deal but we were told by beach access on second day that the wristbands were wrong and we were left written warnings on our cars (even though we had preregistered online so they had our make/model/plates). After going to officially check in, it was also straightened out and no problems for the rest of the trip. Overall, wonderful stay and would definitely come again/recommend!

Family Vacation

Great location, you can walk to shop, dine, get morning coffee and have a relaxing drink in the evening while enjoying music outside. The community pool is really nice for families and others. We took advantage of the tram ride to the beach, especially since we had small children with us. The house was beautiful the amenities were great and we loved the pool. The pool was a nice touch for evening and mid-afternoon relaxation. We also loved the games that were at the house and used them due to a couple of rainy afternoons we encountered. We enjoyed the bikes too, that allowed many of us to see the area. We rented a bike carrier for children on the grounds and went to dinner one night a few minutes from the house. The house was well decorated and had all the cooking utensils we needed. We did cook several meals in and enjoyed having the items available. We didn't grill out but we saw the grill and grill utensils that were available if we had wanted to grill. We would like to offer just a few suggestions to the host. The first floor bedroom/bathroom, is in need of a few hooks/towel rods for hanging wet towels and suits. It would be nice to have a few kitchen necessities like salt and pepper and a few spices in the kitchen. We left a few beach toy's, purchased there, and I think that if the host would set up some type of storage in or around the house their beach collection would grow. The check in and out process was flawless.
