CONDO COMPLETE REMODEL AND NEW FURNITURE IN 2020
This unit has a new beauty rest mattress, new large capacity washer/ dryer. It is fully furnished with linen, fully equipped kitchen and crock pots.
MAXIMUM GUESTS 6. King bedroom, queen sofa sleeper, set of twin bunks.This unit is PRIME VIEW of everything! Walmart is only 0.4 mile away. It is right down from THE FAMOUS PINEAPPLE WILLIES. We have Wi-Fi, Shuffleboard Courts, Poolside Tiki Bar, Bikini Bob's Poolside Restaurant, The Summit Snack Shack Convenience Store & Ice Cream Shop, Parasailing & Jet Ski Rentals, 610 feet of Beachfront, Volleyball, 2 Olympic size pools, 2 kiddie pools, 3 Hot Tubs, Fitness Center & Sauna, Gated Community with Security ATM, Arcade, and more facilities on site and in the immediate area than any other resort in Panama City Beach. I also have a set of chairs and and UMBRELLA in my closet that you may take down on the beach. All I ask is that you rinse them off when you return them.

Great Place

Very great place to stay! Clean, great views, near a lot of restaurants. I would recommend anyone to stay here if they want a trip to the beach.

Beautiful location. Grounds were well kept. We were there off season so i cant say anything about the tiki bar or grill since they were closed for the winter. If you want a quiet getaway in December, this is a good.coice.thichoicegood.ppago.

Amazing Views

The condo has great views and the perfect amount of room for our family of 5. The condo itself was pretty clean when we arrived. There were only minor things we noticed. The listing says there are issues with the washer, which we did encounter, so if you plan to do laundry while you’re here just keep that in mind. The owner is quick at responding to messages if you have any issues. All in all we had a great stay and I would stay here again!

Long weekend was great. Plenty of room, clean and convenient location. Pool was very nice and love that chairs and umbrella were included! Owner very responsive to any questions!

Good for the money

The condo has great views of the pool and the beach. The building and the condo needs some updating but is good value for the money. The condo had everything we needed and we had a good stay. The owner was very accommodating allowing us to do an early check in to put some food on the fridge (we were coming from another rental in Destin), so thank you Jamie for that!

Nice stay

The complex is very nice, great tiki bar and onsite places to eat. Was a bummer chair service was included and they were taking them up for the season when we arrived. So we were unprepared and had to go buy chairs and umbrella but otherwise the bed was super comfortable and the balcony had a great view

Anazing views and accommodations

The condo is amazing. The view, close proximity to the beach and location in Panama City are great. We liked the bunk beds in the hall, great for our two girls. Jamie was very responsive and helpful.

Apartment is at very nice location. It’s on 4th floor so you have option to use stairs to avoid long wait time for lift. Overall good. It just need little maintenance and throw away recliner from living room.

Great condo with an amazing view

The condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated. It was well stocked with everything we needed. An extra bonus was the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the owner. The balcony was great with plenty of chairs and there was a nice view of the pool and beach. We had a wonderful time!

Jamie was such a great host! She made sure she accommodated us as best she could and went out of her way for us which made me very grateful to be there. The property is great. The location is beautiful. I saw dolphins in the mornings from the balcony. Will definitely be going back!

The property was very nice. All employees very helpful. Condo was perfect for what we were wanting. We really enjoyed the view. They were working on elevators, but no issues. One elevator was down on the day we left.

We have stayed at the Summit before but this room was so much better! It was more open. The 4th floor view is just breathtaking. The elevators are slow sometimes but thats not the unit owners fault! 😁 We will definitely be back next summer. The unit was clean & well stocked.

Amazing Stay

Jamie was so awesome in responding to all our questions. I was soo happy with our stay. The condo was a perfect size for my husband, 20 year old son and 16 year old daughter. The sleeper sofa was even comfy. Our daughter said most sleeper sofas aren't, but that one was. I liked the extra space we had in the bedroom for luggage. Location great! We will go back and if this one is available we will stay here. Very happy with our stay! Ty!
