Welcome to your newly redecorated beachy retreat in the heart of Panama City Beach! This spacious 2-bedroom condo features a king bed on the main bedroom and queen-over queen bunk bed in the second room, all with cozy, stylish bedding. The open-concept living and kitchen area is perfect for gathering and the fully equipped kitchen includes a flat-top stove, full-size fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster cookware and serving essentials. While this unit does not have a water view, you'll love being just steps from the sand and within minutes of Pier Park, great restaurants and endless activities. The gulf-front property offers fantastic amenities including a pool,, hot tub, tiki hut, charcoal grills, and on-site coin laundry, though please note no elevator and no daily maid service (a starter set of linens and towels is provided). Best of all , this condo is pet-friendly for up to two pets (50 lbs max each) and with a dog friendly beach only 1/4 mile away, your furry friends can enjoy the fun too. Fresh, comfortable, and perfectly located-this condo is the ideal spot for your next Panama City Beach vacation!

Location was great. Easy access to the beach. Wasn’t impressed by the beach service or lack there of, couldn’t find a way to rent chairs. I definitely think there should be more Places that have beach supplies provided for guests.

It’s got the basics. More like a one bedroom than two

Overall it’s okay. It should mention the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds doesn’t have a door for privacy and no a/c in it. Or even a window. More like a big closet. Probably okay for some kids. It says no ocean view but it doesn’t have any walkout or balcony facing the street either. It’s A converted front entry way to the building.

Cute, roomy, bright

Condo was a bright 2 bedroom unit. Everything was clean and white. Did not have a view of Gulf, it was on the street side of complex. I asked about this in the messaging section of the app right after I booked and never got a response. Was next to the “ mechanical room” could hear the hum of that and the street noise.Could hear the tv and conversations from unit right next to ours at times. The host wasn’t always real prompt in getting back to me. After a couple of days we had an issue with the keypad door lock and I tried calling the host but didn’t get any answer, I tried again a second time and the voice mail was full. We ended up just leaving the door unlocked when we went anywhere, as we could lock it from the inside when we were there. Overall the room itself was very pretty and updated. I had everything to cook and prepare meals. No dish washer or oven, I don’t have a dishwasher at home, so that was not an issue. Hot tub was great. Pool looked inviting but due to the cooler weather I didn’t attempt it. Would stay again, if a unit was available on the gulf side.
