Our Summit condo is a 1 Bedroom and are beach front with a balcony overlooking the water. They are all the exact same size and layout with the only difference being the furniture.

Master Bedroom has 2 full sized beds, a flat screen TV , a closet, and easy access to the half bathroom. Bunk Beds are built in and the living room area has a sleeper sofa with plenty of seating for everyone. The living room provides access to your private balcony and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The kitchen is stocked with all white appliances and has everything you may need to cook a great meal. The unit sleeps 5 people very comfortably. The full bath has a standard layout with a combination shower/tub.

College Spring Break Village is on our beach! Next to Spinnaker Beach Club and Club LaVela Hammerhead Fred's Famous Tent Party is across the Street. The Summit Tiki Bar is by the pool and Bikini Bob's Beach Restaurant and The Summit Snack Shack and Convenience Store are on site.

All of our units at the summit are updated all have a covered balcony and have a direct beachfront view.

The Summit has Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard Courts, Poolside Tiki Bar, Bikini Bob's Poolside Restaurant, The Summit Snack Shack Convenience Store & Ice Cream Shop, Parasailing & Jet Ski Rentals, 610 feet of Beachfront, Kids Playground o the Beach, Volleyball,2 Big Pools, 2 wading pools, 3 Hot Tubs, Fitness Center & Sauna, Gated Community with Security and more facilities on site and in the immediate area than any other resort in Panama City Beach.

Panama City Beach is the perfect spot for your next vacation! There is much to do for all ages. There is countless outdoor attractions such as go-karts and putt-putt golf. Pier Park is the infamous outdoor plaza jam packed with delicious restaurant's and all different types of stores for any of your shopping needs. It also has plenty of places for adults to escape and relax.

We had such a great time at Tidewater resort. Four Star Condo Services treated us so well. We had some hick ups in our original trip. 1st booked on another site and that condo's bathroom caught fire. Had to get a refund on that one a day before our 13 hour drive. Then we chose VRBO and Four Star Condo booked us a condo. We were almost 1 hour away from said condo to find out that one couldnt be used either due to railing on the deck. Four star condo went above and beyond finding us a great condo in a fun resort on the beach. 3rd time definitely the charm. This place was perfect. Im so glad four star helped us and we will definitely use them again. The resort was fun. It had 3 pools, theater and game room along with a workout room. Just amazing. Loved my experience. Thank you!!

The only complaint I had with this unit was that the dryer didn't dry our clothes very well. It took hours for a small load to dry. But other than that, the room was clean. Great location!! I will definitely be staying here again!!

Fall Break Weekend Stay

Very good communication and registration process. Resort is clean and well-kept with very nice pool areas and gorgeous beach. Room was clean with everything we needed for family of 5. Living room furniture is outdated & somewhat worn, but sleeper sofa was adequate for teenage daughter. Overall, a good property for the price!

Perfect location for sun and fun!

We enjoyed the weekend stay at this condo. The pools are fabulous and the becah front beautiful. All we needed was there to be had! Mattresses were comfy enough and the unit was clean and orderly. Enjoyed it much and will happily come back again!

Perfect!

I've used others and this is by far the best. Family owned and go out of the way to make your vacation perfect. As a former Marine I expect a certain level of professionalism and cleanliness. With that said, they have both in spades. If you're on the fence, don't be. I've used them for several years and have always been treated like family.

We enjoyed it!

We have stayed at the Summitt multiple times and the stay was great. The restaurant there and the tiki bar never disappoints. The downfall with the condo was that there were only 2 sets of elevators working. So, there was sometimes a 20m wait on the elevators. Taking the stairs was an option except for when we had our wagon from the pool/beach. We loves our stay however I wasn't happy with the company we went through. I asked for early check-in on the paperwork and got no reply. So I sent another email and got no reply. I then tried calling the number provided multiple times and always got a voice-mail and never got a call back. So, I was pretty upset that I could never get anyone. It was disappointing and it made me worry if we did have a problem with the condo what we would do. Thankfully, there were no issues.

Cleanliness was an issue throughout the property including inside the unit. The beach was under construction vehicles the entire stay that worked day and night. Upon arrival after registering with the front desk, a bag of laundry was dropped from the 9th floor into the loading area almost landing on my son and I both. This was extremely dangerous. The lady from the cleaning crew who threw it down laughed. Dozens of stray cats all over the property.

I like the easy access to the beach... the kitchen is well stocked, but would not have enough seating for 6 people to be staying here. The place is lacking in comfortable beds and linens,and a few carpets or rugs on the floors would make it feel lots more cozy

Great Location and Clean

Great Condo! It’s was clean and had several restaurants within walking distance, Longboards was our favorite… it was casual and the food was good. The building had a lot of things on-site if you needed something, they sold ice, had a store for snacks and other items, and a tiki bar at the pool. Although I am giving this stay a perfect 5 I was disappointed the restaurant on the beach (in the photos) was not open. Also the dyer had to be started several times to get the clothes and towels dry.

Our condo was great! It was clean, nice and relaxing! Best experience room wise. I usually get a hotel on the beach but with three toddlers staying in one room isn’t possible. This gave us enough room to not be on top of each other. We will definitely be returning

Property was in a good location, right on the beach and near some local attractions too. The room was very spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked and there was even a washer and dryer. Great ocean view from the balcony! The on site restaurant “Bikini Bobs” was wonderful, highly recommend checking it out! The bedroom could use some updating as the mattresses and comforter sets were very uncomfortable. I would also recommend getting blackout curtains in the bedroom too. The unit is not well insulated so it was a little noisy at times. Parking was not included, it’s an extra $20 at check in, but it was gated parking with a 24/7 attendant and security which made it worth it for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

PCB Summit #304

We just left staying 7 days at this property. The Resort is nice, pretty grounds, 2 pools, hot tun. We loved Bikini Bobs grill, sooo convenient and good food, Tiki bar was fun too. Access to the beach is fab w nice chairs available to rent. The condo sleep 4-6 easily. List states its been updated recently. I suggested to the management co that the drapes be replaced and updated as they are old, ugly and falling apart. I also suggested they add hooks and towel bars to accommodate towels for 6 people. The bathrooms really need updated as they are old ugly and small. Doors show evidence of standing water damage, shower water pressure is pitiful! All outlets are loose and some not functioning. Appliances are also older and not updated. While the newer Target rugs, wall decor matches furniture this condo needs a true update. I appreciate the management co checking on us as a tornado hit the resort area as most people were packing up. It was very frightening and there is no severe weather warning in place for PCB! Nice resort for price but many of these condos need truly updated.

Room was very nice and staff was very friendly. Only negative thing is the elevators didn't hardly work. Walking up and down the stairs with luggage and beach toys everyday was annoying. I'm very thankful we were on the 3rd floor and not the 17th floor. Ocean views were beautiful!

Great vacation

We have a great vacation! The unit was updated and extremely clean. It had everything we needed (except a broom and dust pan). This unit had nice, cold air conditioning! The only downside was the elevators at The Summit. Only two were working, so it wasn’t uncommon to have to wait 45 minutes for an elevator. I am thankful we were on the third floor so we could easily take the stairs for the majority of the trip. Besides the elevator, everything else was perfect.

Lovely, Affordable Family Vacation

We had a really nice time! This was the most affordable rental we were able to find in PCB for our family of 4, so given that, we were sure to manage our expectations from the beginning. We were very pleasantly surprised. First of all, there isn't much more the condo owners could do to make the unit more comfortable beyond some cosmetic fixes here and there, and maybe some blackout shades on the bedroom window and some separation between the bedroom and the light of the bathroom. The unit was cute, functional, and as clean as you could expect given that it's constantly rented out to beachgoers. There are many things beyond the control of the condo owner that I thought would be helpful for those thinking of renting the property. The good: The view is really nice from the balcony. The property has a nice pool area and is mostly very clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the tiki bar. They keep the beach about 95% clean, which is impressive given the nightlife. The beach is especially nice in the morning and early afternoon before last night's partiers start emerging at about 3pm. The water is the perfect blue/emerald, and the sand is soft and white! The not as good: There's a really bright light on the property that's a bit blinding when sitting on the balcony after dark. The resort is a prime spot for the college-age crowd, so there's a LOT of noise well into the night. There's a slingshot thrill ride across the street, which also provides an element of noise. The parking lot and front of the resort isn't as clean as the back. Given the demographics of the clientele, we did experience some secondhand smoke from other balconies that's not entirely legal in all states. Extra tip: Spend some money on an umbrella and some low beach chairs instead of the $35/day chair rental. If you pay for the chairs, your view will be obstructed by umbrellas. I did want to make sure to give a lot of feedback so prospective renters would have a little extra nuanced info and to emphasize that, though you shouldn't expect perfection, it's a fabulous way to get a really nice beach vacation on a budget.
