Don't let the lack of reviews concern you due to it being a new rental. Tropic Winds is a fabulous, beach front, condo located in the most desirable west end of Panama City Beach, Florida. Our beach is spacious featuring over 300 feet of pristine sand and the beautiful Emerald Coast.

Immediately upon walking in the door of our Tropic Winds condo, you'll be mesmerized by the beautiful views of the gulf. Then you'll notice that we've upgraded the flooring to gorgeous luxury vinyl planks and recently painted the entire unit including the balcony railings. Looking for a beach-front property that looks and feels new and features an enormous balcony with spectacular views? Then look no more, our condo offers all of this plus nice and comfortable furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, upgraded toilets, nice decor, laundry room, and assigned parking under the building.

The kitchen features wrap-around cabinetry and breakfast bar. The living room includes a comfortable sofa (with sleeper pullout) and dual recliners which are fabulous for enjoying the gulf views, watching television, or taking a relaxing nap. A new 65" LED wall-mounted TV is wonderful for watching sporting events and movies. The gulf-front king master bedroom offers balcony access and private bath. The guest bedroom is large and includes 2 queen beds and convenient access to the guest bathroom. A separate laundry room includes a large capacity washer/dryer combination (purchased in 2021). Other recent updates include the water heater, replaced in 2023, and the A/C Unit, replaced in 2021.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The primary vehicle is provided a parking pass at check-in. Each additional vehicle will require an additional $40 parking pass.

PLEASE NOTE: You must be Age 25 or older to book. This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. The Occupancy Limit is 6. If you need to sleep more guests, please book a larger condo. No air mattresses allowed. No parties or large gatherings permitted. Quiet hours are to be observed. No Pets. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.
