  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Wonderful unit, Beautifully decorated and completely remodeled will stay there again if available, you will not be disappointed, the view is perfect, pool is about 40 feet from your patio door and beach is just a 3 min walk, no need for golf cart, just bring a beach cart (we did not and it was not an issue for us) chairs and umbrella if you want to spend time on beach, this has to be the best unit in gulf highlands! The management company needs to change the batteries in the smoke detectors and the A/C filter was filthy probably had not been changed in well over a year, they may not have known where it was located, top of stairs behind grate not where the actual ac unit equip is located, it's a 12x24x1 filter, always check the ac filter in any rental when you arrive as they are normally neglected is my experience, do not let that stop you from booking this unit! it's wonderful you will love it

We absolutely loved the location and of the townhouse. All of the included beach accessories as well as the amenities. Beds were extremely comfortable. The gold cart was so nice just wish there was a way to pull the wagon behind it. The only thing I can say negative is that I would appreciate u if the resort enforced no drinking at the pool as there were two men there that were so drunk they couldn't walk not to mention they were still drinking while vomiting over the fence This is 4:00 pm y'all that's gross 🤢.
