Nice place to stay

Room was very nice, good view from the balcony. The whole facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The only negatives were the wait times for the elevator and the confusing parking garage directions. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend

Elevator shortage

Place was very nice, but the wait for the elevators was the absolute worst. There are 30 floors so look for long waits when going up or down the elevator. But the ocean views were great and there was a pool on each side of the building. Very nice overall

Great location

Convenient to Pier Park. The unit was clean and any minor issues were addressed quickly. Lots of activities for the kids. The biggest issues were with the facility - everything you hear about the slow elevators is true and the check-in process was a nightmare. We would consider staying again but not during Spring Break.

The shower door in the spare bath was leaking water in the floor when you took a shower and the master bath had a very slow drain, but non of that affected our vacation.

We liked that our daughter had her own “room”, unlike many condos where the bunks are situated in a cubby along a hallway. We also liked that the condo was at the end of the hallway, so there was less noise and foot traffic outside our door. The building itself was kept very clean- I saw someone cleaning every time we were walking through.

Nice Condo but don't recommend Resort

The condo itself was nice and clean. But as far as the resort, we will never be back. Elevators were a 15-45min wait every time, no heated pools, glass in pool, which sent us to urgent care, staff was rude and too many beach rules. We couldn't have a extra chair or umbrella for our toddlers.

The reservation process was simple, the lady that I spoke with was so helpful and professional. Check in was easy I was able to complete it via email. When we arrived we were greeted by the folks at Tidewater and given our armbands. We had an issue in the condo we gave Four Star a call they responded quickly, Lonnie the maintenance man was professional and fixed the problem.We will definitely use Four Star again.

Elevator hell

I booked through vrbo then was contacted by a second party fourstar. I filled out my registration online. When i arrived i had to register again and pay a parking fee of over $30. Check in was over off to the 15th floor. The elevators we were sent to too us 40 minutes to get to our room. The view was beautiful. But there is no ill just run back to my room because of the wait for elevators. So dont forget anything. We found out later there are 5 elevators but that didnt make it much faster.

Reviewer Comments: While We were traveling from our home in Northern MI., we received a call from FourStars, advising us that the unit that we had rented, for the month of February,was still under repair, from storm damage. Less than hour later, we were told that the problem was solved.Our vacation was saved. The unit, we were moved to was even better than our original unit. No extra fees, Lots of apologies(unnecessary)from the staff at FourStar. They were not doing repairs. The Construction Co. Over Promised and Under Produced. Will Definitely go to FourStarCS, for all of our future vacation rentals.

Everything was very clean and updated. The beach wasn’t overly crowded, and it was wonderful to have 2 beach chairs everyday that was included with the condo. That doesn’t happen at most resorts. We will definitely book again.
