  • A truly comfortable and cozy unit with spectacular views. One Bedroom with one Bathroom . Bunk Beds located comfortably near the entrance and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit is Located on the 15th floor. The fully equipped kitchen features a full range of cookware necessary to prepare meals during your stay. A dining table and breakfast bar make mealtime convenient with seating for the entire family . Amenities include two outside pools, one indoor heated pool, two outside and two indoor jacuzzis , fitness center, restaurant, coffee shop , tiki bar, convention center plus a movie theater . Tidewater is a Gulf-front condominium resort that’s located within walking distance of Pier Park!
    NOTE: This property charges resort fees payable to the resort's front desk upon arrival or you can register at their website www.tidewaterhoa.com . The $39.59 fee covers two parking passes and six guest wristbands.

We loved this corner unit, it was so cute. Beautiful views of pier park. Elevators were ok, unless you got on during peek hours. Everyone at this location was very nice and helpful. Facilities were always clean and neat.

Nice cozy get away

This condo was very clean, had everything you could need, and very secure. Plenty of security features including the garage so you dont have to worry about anything. Theres even a store and restaurant on the property. Was very impressed with the property and will look onto it again for the next vacation.

first time staying at Tidewater. The Condo was very nice, bed were very comfortable, great views, good cable for those rainy days. elevators were slow and didnt care for parking.

Simple Paradise

It was a wonderful trip! Perfect location, the resort was calm and family friendly! The condo has anything and everything you could possibly need from plenty of linens to kitchen supplies for preparing meals if you desire. Michely was wonderful to communicate with and very helpful! No issues and we will definitely stay again!!

As stated in the title, this was a very cozy condo unit, well up, so the views esp in the morning with your coffee are simply amazing of the Gulf of America. It is well kept and provides for rainy day or beachside fun. The kitchen was very efficient with provided cooking gear, but bring your own spices or call for takeout, as there are plenty of options in the area. The beaches were clean and the amenities of the association were plentiful to include pools(indoors and out) heated and non along with hot spas, theatres and game rooms along with on site restaurants and exercise room with ample equipment. All of that to say, this will definitely be a repeat visit for us.

We absolutely loved this condo and will definitely book it again on our next PCB trip. Very clean, wonderful view. Comfortable king size bed! Can’t say enough great things!! We are a family of 5 and fit very comfortably. 🏖️🌊

Perfect location and clean.

VRBO was clean and in a perfect location. Right on the beach and walking/driving to restaurants and pier. The balcony looking out to the beach and the side windows facing the street made the space feel bright and sunny. It was a perfect size for my husband and me to relax and had everything we needed for the week, even beach chairs and a beach cooler bag. The couch is older and uncomfortable and in busy times, you could wait 15 minutes or more for an elevator. We had a perfect vacation at this VRBO and I would definitely stay here again!

The overall property was clean as well as the unit and just as described. The only downfall was the elevators but that was to be expected in any vacation rental property on the beach. No fault of the individual unit owner.

Spring break

Wonderful condo with a fantastic owner! The condo is clean, bright and well equipped, plenty of towels, comfortable bedding. One thing to keep in mind while staying here is that the elevators are an issue! Hard to get up and down the floors because of the elevators and how slow and busy they are.

Our stay was great. The condo is well stocked with most kitchen needs, toiletries, laundry detergent, and towels. The bed was comfortable. The condo has the most beautiful views. It is a corner unit which was great because we didn't get a lot of noise from the hallway and the elevator was right around the corner. The only cons are there is a lot of construction going on and can get noisy sometimes and the tub was slow to drain. Also be prepared to pay an additional registration fee with the complex. Nothing major. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this Condo. The View was nice . The sofa was old and worn out so it gave my husband and I body aches , the sheets were worn and too small for the bed and the shower is small and the shower liner was rusty around the rings . The Beach was beautiful but if you are older … PCB might not be for you. There is a lot of partiers and I smelled A LOT of marijuana above and below us. We are older and like a calmer atmosphere. The owner was AMAZING and went out of her way to make everything wonderful for us !

Best family vacation ever!

Our family had an incredible time while staying in this condo. The owner communicated thoroughly from the beginning and was helpful with any questions I had. The unit was very clean and well stocked with towels and other potentially needed items which I was very pleased with. We loved the view from the balcony and woke up every morning to see the sun rise! The water pressure is very strong in the shower which I loved but would be a little harsh for people with sensitive skin. All of the bedding was very nice and comfortable. I did wish there was more bedding for the pullout or maybe it was somewhere I didn’t find. The condo as a whole was very nice, staff were all pleasant and helpful. We had our autistic son with us and everyone was so helpful and friendly to us and him the whole time. All of the pools were so great to have as options because we could move from one pool to the other depending on sun and shade and if it was too cold the indoor heated pool had us covered. The on-site store with Starbucks was wonderful and has a big selection! Overall this was my favorite beach stay and my family absolutely loved this condo!!

This unit was a corner unit. The view of the beach was good. I loved that t had comfortable seats on the balcony. I coud sit in the shade on the balcony and enjoy the beach scene and time of day. It is on the 15th floor which made it high enough off the ground to not be so noisy, but did not take too long for the elevator to arrive. The unit was quiet, cool, and comfrontable. It was clean and well stocked. Parking was in a parking garage across the street but has a bridge walk across. Very safe. Room entry doors open to outside but a person has to have access to enter the rooms walk way. I was traveling alone and felt safe. Note you have to enter and check in the hotel via 2nd floor. This means you have to park in the garage and walk over 1st. Then, get luggage via luggage cart, unless you want to carry everything by hand to checkin desk. There is a fee for parking pass and resort bracelet. However, those fees were cheaper than what I found to be at other hotels that had paid parking.
