Beautiful House, Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean. We had plenty of space for 9 people. We liked the short walk to the beach. The entry to the pool was locked for our first two days with no resolution. When it did unlock on the third day, we realized the pool was not heated. Unless we missed it in the description, it would have been helpful to note that the pool was not heated. We managed and overall everyone had a great time.

Beautiful home/Great stay

Beautiful house. Plenty of room. Great location. Super clean which is a huge bonus for a germaphobe like me. Would only suggest to allow golf carts. Most of the houses in the subdivision had golf carts, this would have made the beach trip more seamless. Adding bikes would be a nice addition. And we didn’t see a garage door opener. Other than that, our family loved it. Would definitely stay again.

Nice BUT…

The house was great the location not so much. Due to the VERY busy intersection it’s not safe to ride a bike much less walk to the beach from the house. I guess that’s why the bikes were removed from the house when “we” arrived. Also we mistakenly left a bag with brand new Lululemon clothes in the house. We immediately reported to the management company and after almost two weeks NO response after repeated attempts. I guess it’s safe to assume they don’t care and someone is walking around in nice men’s clothes. Very disappointed no one cared.

Spring Break

We had a wonderful stay at the rooftop house. It was beautiful, with so much room and all the amentities you would want. There was plenty of rooms for our group, plenty of bathrooms, and the rooftop was the bomb!! I liked the location becuase it was quiet and out of the crazy 30A. Thank you for offering this great rental.
