Construction Update – Long Beach Resort (As of April 2, 2026)
We are excited to share that construction at Long Beach Resort is winding down and the property is quickly returning to normal operations!
The lagoon pool is now open and available for guest enjoyment
The pool between Towers 1 & 2 is also open
Towers 1 and 2 are fully complete
Tower 3 is substantially complete
Tower 4 is in its final stages and wrapping up
While there may still be some minor work and loose ends being completed, the vast majority of the project is finished.

At this time, beach access is available through Towers 1 and 2 only, but additional access points are expected to reopen soon as work concludes.

We truly appreciate your patience throughout this improvement project. With construction nearing completion, Long Beach Resort is almost fully back to normal—and ready to provide the exceptional beach experience our guests know and love.

This beautiful, non smoking condo is located on the 10th floor of tower 1, which offers sweeping views of the emerald green gulf. Enjoy the floor to ceiling, wall to wall ocean views from both the bedroom and living room area. Step out onto your private 30 ft balcony to feel the cool ocean breezes and watch another stunning Florida sunset!This 750 sq ft condo will easily accommodate four, with a king size bed in the master suite and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, both rooms have large flat screen tvs. The dining table seats four with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The bathroom has an oversized marble garden tub and a separate dressing room area with a marble vanity featuring his/her sinks. Long Beach Resort has three pools (a 6800 sq ft lagoon pool with tropical islands and waterfalls) plus two seasonally heated polynesian pools, three hot tubs, a poolside bar & grill (seasonal), parasailing, jet ski/umbrella chair rentals on site, 24 hr security and gated access with plenty of parking. The resort's location is convenient to everything you want to do, such as golf, restaurants, amusement parks and shopping (Walmart is right across the street!). If you are looking for an unforgettable vacation, honeymoon or anniversary getaway, this is the condo for you!!

Our unit was nice, but it was dirty. The floors were dirty. The kitchen and all the appliances were dirty and needed to be washed. Other than that, the place was nice.

First time in Panama City Beach Florida

Myself and my husband had a lovely stay at this condo. The condo was very clean, well furnished, good supply of linen and towels, water pressure was excellent and the most amazing views. My husband and I particularly appreciated that we had an ocean view from every room. The location was fantastic! Right on the beach and some nice restaurants within walking distance. The facilities on premises were great, pool was beautiful and well maintained, we didn't eat there but they had a restaurant at the pool with a nice looking menu. All appliances worked well. When we had an issue with one of the balcony doors not opening the manager and maintenance staff were friendly and prompt in rectifying this. Check in process was quick and easy. A recommendation I have would be to replace the wobbly glass cutting board in the kitchen and to purchase a cheese grater to make cooking in the kitchen a more pleasant experience also blackout curtains would be a nice addition. Also note when staying here that they do not provide cleaning supplies. No washing pods, dryer sheets and only two small rolls of toilet paper and one dishwasher pod. They do provide dish washing liquid, hand/regular soap, shampoo and conditioner. Strongly recommend this condo for your next sea vacation! I will definitely be booking here again!

Perfect location!

This condo is as listed and I really enjoyed the balcony! Dry good shower pressure and the bed slept fine. Close to good restaurants, stores and many activities. Kim was very easy to work with and fast to reply.

Long Beach

We love Long Beach and have stayed there many times it is in a very convenient spot. The beach chair attendants were much less friendly this visit and we were taken out of chairs early a few days which was disappointing. We will return and as always have a great time.

Very nice condo, great view. One suggestion provide measuring spoons and individual cups for measuring. One small complaint. Not sure what cleaning agent they use in the unit but the smell was pretty strong and took a few days to fade.

This is a perfect place if you want to have all the conveniences of shopping, restaurants, and ocean. If you want more action it’s just about 5 miles down the road for more things for young adults or teens to enjoy.

Can’t wait to stay again!!

This condo was absolutely perfect for a wknd getaway with our kids for Mother’s Day! Walking distance to Waffle House, pineapple Willy’s, and across street from Walmart, surf style and more! Condo was awesome, the floor was a little dirty (turned our feet black) but we seriously just rinsed them before crawling in beds. Both bed and pull out were comfortable. The included chairs we nice. They are only open from 9am- 445pm, but that a different company. Kim’s condos was awesome and we loved every second of our stay! We will definitely be booking with them again!

Perfect for a get away with your spouse.

My husband & I traveled from Ky for a 4 night getaway to celebrate our 5 years of marriage. It was a great little condo for the just two of us. I have stayed at Long Beach Resort before in the past as it is my favorite place to stay while visiting PCB. Great location by our favorite restaurants & Walmart is right across the street. Kim’s Condos was a great host & was great at communicating all the details. When traveling the two things that I really want the most out of a condo is good water pressure in the shower and a comfy bed & this place had both! We would def stay here again!

Some things need attention

The unit was very nice and we liked the location (10 floor) however the bed linens had stains and towels were put away wet under the bathroom sink. I washed the bed linens because the spread and mattress pad smelled of body order. The air conditioning unit needs attention. We called maintenance and they did nothing because they said it was cool however it was cool but very humid. Our clothes in the closet stayed damp all the time. There was mold on the shower curtain..the unit is nice but needs some attention.. Thank you

Great View Very Outdated

The security of the complex is a nice asset. The view and large balcony were awesome. The condo itself was in need of a thorough cleaning and updating. We put a sheet over the extremely worn out and dirty sofa couch. I can’t imagine anyone trying to sleep in it. The elevator was the fastest I think I have ever seen. We never had to wait more than a few seconds for it. The AC kept the condo nice and cool even though it was extremely hot during our stay. The keypad entry is a challenge to use because all but a couple of numbers are completely worn off. The condo is in the first of four towers. Right next to it is a huge complex of nearly 800 units. A lot of the vacationers in that complex ended up on the beach in front of this tower. We will definitely come back to Long Beach Resort but we will look for an updated unit.

Great place!

The unit was just as listed online. It was very clean and the check in process was fantastic! The resort itself was amazing, it was very clean. The pools were just as they were displayed in the pictures. The only downside to my stay was the location of my unit. I was in tower 1 and the resort next store Shores of Panama was a very loud, the patrons of that resort bombarded our beach so we had to go down to tower 2 or 3 to enjoy any beach front. In the future I plan on returning to Long Beach Resort, but I will stay in tower 2 or 3 so that I am not around the crowd at Shores of Panama.

Kim was easy to deal with, she was quick to get our two issues figured out! Bummer thing about our trip was not being able to get into ocean due to double red flags! The pool was very cold, so that wasn’t enjoyable!
