At check-in, the elevator was not operational for our access to the fifth floor; however, our inspection of the unit revealed a broken bedside lamp. Subsequently, we identified a water leak originating from the unit above. Most concerningly, the bed linens were found to have significant, unhygienic brown stains. Upon reporting these issues via email, I was directed to contact the owner or visit the lobby; however, due to a medical condition that limits my mobility, reliance on the single operational elevator is essential, and utilizing the stairs is not feasible. I have documented all these findings with photographic evidence. Furthermore, the base of the toilet appeared inadequately maintained, exhibiting substantial sanitation concerns. Despite these significant facility issues, the location remains excellent with convenient beach access, and the children appreciated the amenities in the designated play area. I personally will never rent that particular location again!😞😫

Check in was horrible. 10 deep and only one attendant in the lobby of resort. Make sure you have your parking passes already completed before getting in this line. Condo itself was nice but attention to detail, no Keurig coffee pot, cosmetic issues of maintanence from guest to guest but most importantly AC DID NOT WORK FIRST DAY. On the positive, the management company was very hospitable to us and a technician was on site by 2pm the next day. Overall, no fault of the owner of this condo, resort complex show a lot of wear and tear due to the high number of guests. I cannot and will not recommend staying here as previous owners of two condos in Destin. In Cahoots staff was EXCELLENT though and appreciate their attentiveness.
