This 2 bedroom/ 2.5 bath townhouse is located in a beautiful private beach, in the peaceful area of Inlet Beach. Our beach is private so it is never crowded so you can stay safe while sitting and playing on the beach. Kitchen and bathrooms are newly renovated! With a both covered and open porches overlooking the beach and ocean, you can literally step off the patio onto the soft white sand! Enjoy the beach and the sunset from the porch or living room. Even the master bedroom has an ocean front balcony! Exceptional value for a 1275 square foot townhome directly on the beach in such an amazing location. Has fast wifi internet and cable! We also have solar power providing a large portion of the energy needs for this home, so rest safe knowing it is a sustainable vacation home.

It is very close to a wide variety of restaurants and shops in Inlet Beach as well as Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seagrove, and Seaside.

Awesome Spring Break
Our spring break stay was amazing at this home. Waking up to the view of the gulf and being able to walk directly out on to the sand was awesome. The private beach gave us a slice of our own beach every day we were there. The house had a well stocked kitchen, linens and indoor and outdoor supplies to make it a great vacation. The owner was super responsive even though we truly had no issues while there. Will stay again.

Great Townhouse in Inlet Beach
We loved our stay in this beautiful beach front townhouse. It's in a great location - on the quieter end of Inlet. The updated decor/furnishings were perfect inside and all the outdoor spaces were well equipped and provided amazing views. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc that were provided for our use. Kim was an awesome host and responded to any questions very quickly. We would definitely book this property in the future.

Location! Location! Location!
The location of this property is amazing. Quick walk to explore Camp Helen State Park and its dune lake. Also, it is the quietest stretch of beach we saw. It was amazing to wake up and walk right out the back deck and onto a quiet stretch of beach. We have taken many beach vacations and this property was the closest to the waters edge that we’ve ever experienced and the properties strip of beach is a quietest we’ve experienced. If you’re looking for a relaxing and beautiful slice of beach, look no further!

Family vacation 2023
WE loved this property and the location was a 10/10! I rent every year at least once maybe 2 times on VRBO and this location was so perfect for our family. My kids said this has been the best location so far. It was so nice to be on the beach in just a few steps. We enjoyed more beach time than every before due to just being steps away. The sunsets were breathtaking. Would love to stay here again!
