“*Overall a great stay* On arrival security did not have our information this delayed getting into the unit. The condo has everything you need. The unit was tidy but needs a deep clean. I had to wash the floors and was the bathroom mats while i was there for the 6 nights. Having a car is a plus we enjoyed day trips to the rainforest and local grocery stores. There is a gym on site and 4 pools.We would rent this unit again.”

“John was great! Wish that there was air conditioning in the living areas, as while we were there between big winds and workmen spraying the building, it was a challenge to have windows open. We found out quite by accident that there were meal options nearby; a map with what is available would be appreciated. What we did find in time had great meal options. She even arranged for our transportation from the airport.The property itself has beautiful views and is in a tremendous location. “View is nice. Pool is nice. The apartment is pretty bare bones. Only sheets to cover yourself at night. Like 5 clothes hangers to share between all the rooms. The air conditioning unit in the living room didn’t cool, but the ones in the rooms could freeze you out. The chairs in the dinning area were pretty beat up. The guys at reception were friendly. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with.
