Négatif serait un peu les alentours et après il y a possibilité de prendre les transports publics qui en a bien suffisamment ou une location de voiture ou les prix sont intéressants. 「Staff were amazing and even upgraded us with no extra charge. I fell ill and they did everything to help medically. All the staff were kind including bar staff and cleaners. The kids entertainers were great with all the kids and really patient. Just sooooo impressed. Can’t fault the place at all. Happily go back there which is something we don’t usually do. 「My son and daughter and I had an amazing stay here. The hotel might be old but it is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were looked after brilliantly and treated like family rather than guests. We could easily walk to a range of really good bars and restaurants and there is a massive supermarket five minutes walk away. Loved it.」

「We were very pleased with this hotel at the center of Heraklion. We had a balcony to overlook a plaza and churches, there were tons of restaurants, bars, cafe's, stores and bus stops just a few minutes' walk, and it was very close to the downtown area. Even parking was not bad - we found a 24-hour public parking close by. Our room was cozy and quiet with a large bed, and a clean bathroom that had no water leak (happens often in abroad). It was very clean and spacious, well equipped with all the necessities. The attention to small details stood out to me. It was nice to have access to a washing machine after various days travelling . 「Absolutely wonderful - all the staff were really friendly and kind, the food was fantastic, everyone spoke v good English. Very clean. Massive meals - under-order! An absolutely beautiful pool and gorgeous views of the mountains, and a private little balcony on our room. Friendly cats visit during dinner (they go away if told). A brilliant experience.」

「Such a welcome! The people running this hotel are very friendly. I visited end of October with my 10y daughter. She could play in the kids club twice a day (except Wednesday) and has a little kids disco in the evening. There isn’t much to do in the resort so this is a ‘quiet, relaxing holiday’ the beach area behind the hotel was lovely. If you want any ‘life’ Heraklion is 15min cab away for €14 with lots of shops and restaurants. I loved this holiday. 」
