「Our rental cancelled at the last moment and we were able to rent this property very quickly. We were in town for our 50th HS Reunion. The hosts communicated immediately which was a great relief. The house is spacious and we enjoyed sitting in the backyard under the mature fruit trees listening to the birds. Thanks again for saving our reunion weekend」

「Very attentive! The place was decorated great and had everything we needed! The fire pit wasn't working and they were out the next day to fix it! Check in instructions were very thorough, however couldn't find any checkout instructions. Would recommend the place for sure. Close to the beach and walking distance to the pier and all the restaurants. Great way to end our trip!」

「This condo worked out great for us. Setup was spot on. Had everything we needed. Check-in was not as easy as it should be. We had to buy access passes to enter the building. This was not stated anywhere before, during or after the booking. Only when we actually showed up to check-in. We had no option at that point except to pay extra.」

「Full of local flavor...it is an older property that requires open windows for cooling. It's great because it's close enough to the water so the sea breeze is refreshing. We didn't need a car because there was so many great things within walking distance and parking was a nightmare. Ride sharing was always available too.」

「Easy check in. Great location for all things Santa Monica: shops, restaurants & beach. Everything within walking distance. Awesome & secure parking underneath. It’s an older apartment, but both bathrooms have been renovated. The kitchen appliances are new as well. And it was very clean. 「Property was clean, and exactly what we needed: a comfortable place to eat and sleep when we were not at Disneyland. The property owner was very responsive and helpful if I had questions. This property is a pretty short walk to the Disneyland Tram. That was super helpful because we didn’t need to pay for Disneyland parking.
