Beautiful apartment, 82 sqm with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, with air conditioning, on the first floor of a bourgeois building in English style asserted, high ceilings: The apartment is as follows 







  • Corridor with hangers and pretty decoartion leading to other rooms


  • Modern open kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything necessary for cooking and eating. Several storage,


  • Dining area with table and chairs. Beautiful chandelier.


  • Living room with two sofas, one with sofa bed for two adults, HDTV, DVD, Ipod station, a wireless internet connection. Coffee table, carpet. Two street windows. • Master bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed, bedside table and large dressing. Rear Window.


  • Bathroom, Ensuite with shower, sink and hair dryer.


  • Bedroom # 2 with a bed of 160 x 200 cm, dressing. Desk and chair. Two windows overlooking the courtyard.


  • A second bathroom with shower, sink.


  • Toilet with sink.


  • The apartment is rented with linen, iron and ironing board. Electric heater.






 





The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

Beautiful apartment in good location. Everything inside was immaculate. There is only 1 tiny toilet room and 2 separate shower rooms with no space for vanity. The apartment is dark and has little natural light. Construction news from courtyard was bad one of the 5 days.

The apartment is lovely. Was disappointed not to have been informed of the exterior construction work on the building. Scaffolding at most windows. Noisy. I requested and received a small adjustment in the cost of the stay. Enjoy the location in the 3rd. Company is responsive.

Great Location

This apartment was very nice and in a great location. It was listed as having two bathrooms. It has two shower-rooms and one toilet. Nothing was provided except dish-washer soap and clothes soap. There was no coffee, no tissues, no soap... But, the apartment was comfortable and in a very nice location.

Great location

We had a lovely time at this apartment in Paris. The location was fantastic, close to public transportation. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. It was a bit tight, but overall, a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very clean, well supplied with washer, dryer, dishwasher, plenty of bedding, towels. The apartment manager, Thomas, was very helpful and answered any concerns or questions immediately. Great Spot in the Marais

We we’re met outside, accompanied upstairs and shown how the keys worked and made familiar with the beautifully appointed and spacious apartment. It Looks as good in person as the photos. The lovely young man that met us recommended a few restaurants and gave requested advice. During the stay we were too technologically slow to figure out the TV and he texted back an answer to our questions Immediately….. As he did with a few other questions we had. It’s pretty great to be in a foreign place and have someone to reach out to with questions. We loved the street, the views and the neighborhood. Our stay in Paris was perfect and the apartment was perfect too. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Wonderful stay in the Marais

We had a wonderful time staying here. The location was spectacular and the apartment well-appointed. It was clean, spacious and had comfortable spaces. Our only surprise was that it only had one toilet despite having two showers. We look forward to staying here again soon!!

READ THE SMALL PRINT!

Gregoire greeted us warmly and explained all. We were shocked to find only ONE toilet. (We were two couples.) The VRBO site proclaimed "TWO full baths" and ALSO there were TWO large squares with TWO toilets and two showers. The shower/sink rooms could only hold ONE person. When I spoke to management I was told that he would speak to the owner. I never received a call back. The area is lively with many cafes and markets.

Das Apartment liegt zentral und doch ruhig. Die Schlafzimmer sind zur Hofmeister gelegen und somit sehr leise. Im Haus sind relativ wenig Geräusche zu hören. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend. Einziger "Makel" sind die beiden winzigen Badezimmer.

Super emplacement

Tout est à porter de main. Quartier vraiment intéressant. Le seul bémol, c’est que l’accueil est très expéditif. Pour le fonctionnement des appareils, ou pour certaines lumières, ce n’est pas si évident de s’y retrouver. Idem pour la télé. Sinon c’était très bien.

Wonderful apartment

My daughter and I loved this apartment! The place is very tastefully decorated and the location is fantastic. Many shops and lively cafes just a few steps away, however the bedrooms face a inner courtyard which was very quiet. We were a bit disappointed that no soap was provided for either shower, ( we had to purchase our own) only one dish towel for the kitchen, no paper towels, no napkins and empty salt and pepper grinders. Admittedly small things compared to how lovely the apartment is.
