Apartment Description

Upon entering, you are greeted by a welcoming hallway that cleverly leads to the various rooms of the apartment.

From the entrance, you are guided to a living room bathed in natural light, thanks to its large windows that open directly onto Boulevard Ornano. This warm space, perfect for relaxing or entertaining, features high ceilings and a bright atmosphere throughout the day.

Also accessible from the entrance is a functional bathroom, equipped with a shower, a modern vanity, and a laundry area with an integrated washing machine.

A hallway leads to the kitchen: located immediately to the right, it is fully equipped (stove, oven, refrigerator, storage…) and designed for both comfort and practicality in everyday life.

Continuing down this hallway, a second opening also leads to the living/dining room, creating a pleasant and smooth flow between the living areas.

At the end of the hallway, you’ll find the sleeping quarters:

To the left, a spacious bedroom, ideal as the master bedroom, offering peace and comfort. To the right, a study/guest room, currently furnished with a very comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for hosting guests or working remotely in ideal conditions.

Located in the heart of the 18th arrondissement of Paris, this property enjoys a prime location on Boulevard Ornano, in close proximity to shops, schools, and public transportation.

🚶 Access:

Metro: The Simplon station (line 4) is less than 2 minutes on foot, while Marcadet–Poissonniers (lines 4 and 12) is also nearby.
Bus: Several bus lines (31, 56, 60, etc.) serve the boulevard and provide easy access throughout Paris.
On foot or by bike: The neighborhood is pleasant to walk through, with wide sidewalks and bike lanes.
