The apartment is a studio with an entrance corridor that leads to the bathroom with shower and toilet. Then you will arrive in the main room with a sofa bed, a small kitchen and a table to eat or work. This room opens onto a balcony where you can enjoy the sun with a small table and chairs.

The property is easily accessible by public transport (metro in particular). There is an elevator allowing you easy access to the studio.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The condominium is quiet with an elevator and a caretaker. There are many shops nearby, as well as the Buttes-Chaumont park which is one of the largest parks in Paris with beautiful spaces and a clear view.

You will find the subway "Botzaris" 1 minute walk away and the subway "Place des fêtes" 5 minutes walk away.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
