Great location for first time Paris visit!

Everything was excellent with this property. So many good shops and restaurants in the Marias neighborhood and only a few minutes walk to N Dame, Sainte-Chapelle, etc… In a bustling location with some street noise at night but not past midnite and never a serious problem. Would definitely stay again here if we return to Paris.

Had the most magical stay in Paris for a week. Apartment was spacious and comfortable for our family. Very clean, even had robes and slippers for all of us! Metro stop was right out front from which we could explore the city. So many restaurants and shops in the neighborhood, just ideal in every way.

Lovely Apartment!

We just got back from our wonderful stay. Everything about the apartment exceeded expectations. It was easy to find, spotlessly clean, well stocked and comfortable. The location is close to everything, we enjoyed having a glass of wine in the living room while gazing out at Notre Dame. The size was perfect for our group of four. Jean-Michel is very kind and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about it. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Paris!

Amazing location

Our trip could not have been better. The rental was beautiful, clean, big and well stocked with everything we needed. Very quiet even though we were on a busy street. The owner was kind, thoughtful and so easy to communicate wit. Numerous restaurants, cafes, bakeries in close proximity. The Metro station was 5 meters from the front door of the complex. I highly recommend and look forward to staying here again soon.

We are a family of 3 with a teenager and we absolutely loved this place and are already thinking that we would come back! Only quibble is if you are not used to city sounds (sirens etc) you may want ear plugs. Pretty quiet otherwise. Well appointed place with all we needed and plenty of room. Location is hard to beat.

What a place!!!

Amazing location steps to everything, good food great sites, amazing convenience. The view from the window seeing Notre Dame (being fixed) and the courtyard of Hotel de Ville, made us feel like we were the mayors of town! Communication was the best weve ever had, all questions answered and assistance and consideration planned to make things easier. The location is the best! You can see Notre Dame from your windows. You also overlook a piazza which has an unobstructed view. The apartment sleeps four and is very clean. We used the washer and dryer every day. The unit exceeded my expectations.

Comfortable apartment with fantastic location

There isn't much to add that hasn't already been captured in other reviews. The space is excellent for a family and the location is ideal for exploring Paris. We were able to walk to nearly all the sights and neighborhoods that we wanted to explore, and the metro is right outside for locations that are farther out. We were there in December and as an added bonus got to overlook the Hotel de Ville Christmas market with Notre Dame in the background. We would definitely stay here again.

Lafayette Rivoli Apartment - wonderful stay

We appreciated being in such a centrally located, beautifully appointed, safe, and spacious accommodation! Each morning and evening we enjoyed the stunning view of Hotel de Ville's facade with Notre Dame in the distance. Jean-Michel and Nicole were attentive hosts who responded promptly to inquiries, were gracious and helpful. We were greeted with an impeccably clean apartment and thoughtful welcome basket with wine and snacks. We sincerely wish we could have stayed longer!! Enjoy the Marais area of Paris

This was a great area to stay during our Paris visit.The Metro was at our front door. We were within walking distance of Notre Dame, as well as many restaurants and shops. A wonderful grocery store around the corner where we stocked up on breakfast items, drinks, (including french wine, of course) and food, as needed,The apartment was SPOTLESS and just as described and pictured in the listing. Our host was accessible by phone as needed, however his pre-trip information was accurate and easy to follow, and we did not have the need to contact him during our stay.He has put together a "guide book" for both the apartment and the neighborhood, which was waiting for us on the kitchen table when we arrived. It was VERY helpful and he is clearly an experienced host. We would recommend this apartment and neighborhood for anyone considering a stay in Paris. It sleeps 4 comfortably, as noted in the description, and the location is excellent.Thank you.

Best place to stay in Paris

Nothing beats the view from all the windows of this apartment and the beautiful French decor that the owner Jean-Michel has tastefully set up. Not to mention the warm hospitality as if we’re his dear friends. Cannot beat the location which is right above a metro station, in close proximity to the famous attractions, and right at Hotel de Ville. We actually have a picture of a painting we found in the Versailles Palace that has the exact same view as from our windows! It’s only been a few days since we left Jean-Michel’s place and we’re already longing to return to this dream apartment to stay longer!
