  • Enjoy being in Paris.

    Great apartment in a nice and well located area, 4th floor with elevator. 10 minutes from the city center of Paris Chatelet Halls by Subway (RER D).
    The flat has all the necessary equipment and facilities to accomodate 8 people in 3 bedrooms:
    1 bedroom with double bed + 1 single bed
    1 bedroom with double bed
    1 bedroom with 4 single beds.

    According to your request a cot and children's bed can be added.

    The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
    Sheets and towels are provided for all beds. It's newly remodeled with a well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, induction cooktop with four-piece cooker, refrigerator, and washing machine). 2 Spacious bathroom with shower and heater.
    Free wireless internet is included.
    This is a non-smoking apartment.

    Parking is available, in front of the building (11 €) per day, Weekend free.
    RER station D (Stade de France) is nearby, 2 minutes walk, it gets you to the city center of châtelet the halls in 10 minutes, Paris Gare du Nord (5 minutes) and Gare de Lyon (15 minutes).
    Also RER B line is nearby, 07 minutes walk away, it leads directly to the center of Paris in 10 minutes, to Charles-de-Gaulle airport 20 minutes, and to Orly airport 35 minutes.
    The apartment is located in a very nice area and quiet neighborhood, with everything you need within walking distance to a small supermarket that's open from 7 am to 10pm.

The property was a great place to stay. Big enough for a familly of 5. The host was great, responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this place. It is as well close to the metro station, which helps with your travels.

Comfortable apartment in an excellent location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would recommend. Fabulous location so close to several Metro stations allowing very quick travel into the city centre. Apartment was well-equipped and comfortable for a family of five. Mokke was an excellent host and the checking-in instructions were very helpful (including essential instructions regarding unlocking the front door).

Ein Wochenende in Paris

Ich war mit meiner Schwester in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, trotzdem sind Metro und Bahn schnell erreichbar und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Sehr empfehlenswert für eine solche Reise.

Great location

We had a very nice stay at Mokke's apartment. We had enough space for 5 and the kitchen was well equipped for what we needed. The apartment provided easy access to the RER and metro. We used the City Mapper app and easily navigated the city. The apartment does provide easy access to groceries and restaurants. Wouod stay here again

Plenty of space for a family, everyone can have their privacy. Beds were clean and comfortable, and everything worked but many items were in need of repair or replacement, such as the front door lock which many have trouble with. The location has easy access to Metro line 14 and the RER D train, as well as a small grocery store and a few restaurants, but otherwise it is a residential area with not much going on.

A bit distant from the inner city of Paris, but right on Line D into the city. Easy to get anywhere. Plus a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung, Weingläser haben wir nachgekauft und dafür da gelassen. Es gibt kleine Reparaturen (Unterbau Licht in der Küche, Spülung des einen WCs und die Lüftung am Balkonfenster), welche den Aufenthalt noch besser machen würden. Die Lage mit Zugriff auf die ÖV und der Monoprix gleich um die Ecke ist perfekt! Die Baustelle für die U-Bahn ist natürlich auch teilweise hörbar, aber das ist ja nur temporär sonst sehr ruhig da. Sehr netter Host.
