Large family trip to Paris for a wedding

We enjoyed our stay at Johanna's apartement. It is a great place for a crowded group. Very good location, clean and neat appartement, clear instructions, easy to find. We especially loved the big table in the kitchen, ideal for family breakfasts. Johanna and the team was very reactive and helpful at all times. I definitely recommend.

Great group house / great location

Overall great experience here. Apartment is centrally located / check-in was super easy. Apartment has plenty of mirrors, which is a rare find! One bedroom is on the ground floor and lacks windows, but all the other bedrooms get natural light.

Not enough hot water for all 10 to take showers!!

Overall, the place was nice. Bedrooms were great and beds were comfortable. Great location and responsive team when we had issues. The biggest issue was that the apartment can not supply enough hot water for our party of 10 people (which the apartment could sleep more people) with hot showers. We even staggered showers to give the hot water heater time to recuperate, but every evening 2-3 of us didn’t take even warm showers, but freezing cold showers.

Fantastic Place

I came here with friends in June 2024. The place is beautiful and as described. The beds were comfortable and showers were great. There’s a large kitchen island to gather around. Location is very good. Close to the subway and many restaurants. The video for entering is great. We all felt very secure. Each bedroom has Air Conditioning which made it very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here. The owner is very communicative and replies quickly. I will note that there was not a large kitchen trash can. As with any home rental, bring your own toiletries. Soap, dish soap and dishwasher detergent is provided. The washer and dryer came in handy as well. It took a bit to figure it out and translate to English. Stay here and enjoy yourselves!

The unit worked great for our party of 11 (children and adults). Rooms were comfortable and loved the location. Studio Prestige were great to work with for check in and during our stay.

Très bien mais il y a un mais

L'appartement est vraiment bien et fidèle à la description, la procédure d'entrée et sortie est facile, c'est professionnel. En revanche j'aurai aimé de la transparence sur les travaux dans l'entrée car nous avons eu plusieurs fois des problèmes pour accéder au logement car il y avait des cartons entreposés. Il y a avait aussi des bruits de perceuses dans la journée. Donc à ce niveau nous n'avons pas été à niveau en terme de communication car rien n'a été dit. Pour information il y a une fuite d'eau au niveau de l'évier de la cuisine.
