Quiet and spacious

We appreciated the amount of space this property provided for our family of four. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a great coffee shop downstairs. Metro is nearby, as are supermarkets. The property is showing a lot of wear and tear, with parts of the wall and stairs chipping, and some towel warmers and thermostats not functional. There are no instructional manuals about the thermostats, washer/dryer combo, and the kitchen has the bare minimum in silverware and cooking tools. We had to run out to buy dishwasher tabs, dish soap, etc. A few starter items would be nice. All views are just onto other buildings, as the apartment faces inside a city block.

Great space & fantastic location!

This was a fantastic apartment! It was quite spacious and had lots of bathrooms with privacy which worked well for our family of 5! Having the additional bedroom and bathrooms downstairs was fantastic for our two teenagers! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The check in process was very easy, and we received communication for everything we needed, including a transfer service to and from the airport and where we could store our luggage since we arrived really early in the morning. The apartment was in a great area of Paris. There were tons of shops and restaurants in close proximity, but it was very quiet in the apartment! It is walkable to the many of the locations we wanted to see, including Notre Dame and The Louvre. I would recommend this apartment! It is great for families or groups traveling together!

We booked this apartment on the second floor on the basis of there being a lift. When we arrived we found the lift not working, and from asking people in other apartments, it had not been working for some time. We had to drag luggage up to the second floor via a spiral staircase in poor condition where the handrails had broken off or were loose. Disappointing.
